  2. I've been using the toner for almost a week, day and night. I really love this stuff. It has helped my dry skin, faded by red marks by approximately 50%, and smoothed my skin. I haven't changed anything else in my Regimen, so I'm attributing all this to the toner. My ingredients were the green tea, zinc, ALA, grape seed extract, and Calcium. I grabbed a bottle of Calcium supplements instead of Vitamin C. I didn't realize it until I went to make my second batch and looked closer at the bottle. Bu
  3. There are many fruits/vegetables/juices that are high in antioxidants. Some have a lot more than apples. Also, if you have one or two cheat meals a day, and then eat 4 apples at one sitting without gaining weight you should thank your parents for some great metabolism.
