  1. I'm glad to hear that your skin is improving, but please be careful in regards to the hair shedding. I've read in various posts that the hair shedding is known to continue even after B5 intake is reduced, so that would definitely be something you might want to monitor. That aside, what have your dreams been like? I remember when I tried B5 for a while that I definitely got the vivid dreams symptom. My dreams on B5 ranged from really pleasant to the most terrifying nightmares I've ever had.
  2. My green smoothie usually goes like this ... - 1 cup of loosely packed spinach, stems removed - 1 cup of any fruit. I usually use strawberries or blueberries, this helps to reduce the bitterness of the spinach - 1 banana - 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or water - 1 tbsp flaxseed - 1 tsp flaxseed oil for omega 3 It doesn't taste that great, but it's really healthy. I'd imagine some people would be all "woah, sugars from fruits alert!" but I've personally never heard of bad break outs
  3. I live in the Toronto area and I use Spectro cleanser which seems to be available at any Shoppers or really any drug store in the area, and I would assume it's available throughout Canada as well. I like it because it's mild, it does not smell and it is good for sensitive skin. It doesn't foam though but this has never bothered me. I use it twice a day. Once in the morning, once at night. After cleansing my face at night I wait about 15 minutes and then I apply Differin (adapalene) 0.1% gel.
  4. I haven't thought of this before but this is probably true. I had some issues in middle school and things fell apart after that, and that was before my acne started, so I guess it has a lot to do with that, but the acne definitely didn't help either. That is very encouraging to hear, I'm glad things worked out for your dad and family friend. I've been surprised with how well I've done with these online courses because I've really pushed myself. I did notice that when I got back into t
  5. I want clear skin because beauty is associated with health in our society, and it is therefore a way to help you be successful in society. Do I agree with this view? Not necessarily. Outward appearance isn't a sign of good health. I know some clear skinned people who are eating fast food on what seems to be a daily basis and I can only begin to imagine what this has done to their interior health. Then you have people like me with acne who have done everything from these detox diets to vegan hell
  6. Long story short, when I was in high school I had mild acne, but it really bothered me. I ended up skipping too many classes on my "bad days" and ultimately had to leave school without finishing. I kind of slipped through the system with little notice. So now I am trying to finish my high school diploma, mostly through online courses. I recently signed up for a day class in which you stay for 3 hours a day and get that credit in one month, but ... yes, I am dropping out Monday, because of all
