I am just getting over my bout of acne, but am now dealing with those red scars. I think i may have a salycylic acid peel soon. Does anyone have any thoughts? ANY advice would be greatly appreciated!

yeah, please keep your head up. so much of what you said resonated wiht me -- i have been making so many excuses with my friends -- food poisoning, cold, not feeling well, bad headache -- god, i could go on and on. this is tough, but stay strong. maybe you should read a book about positive thinking. i read 'creative visualizations' and it was actually helpful.

has anyone used the proactiv lightening lotion for scars??
-
i have mostly superficial scars right now, so i think the exercise might help. thanks for motivating me to exercise!

do you think that exercise (sweating) is good for healing the scars?? also, what about chemical peels. i am thinking about having a peel soon and would love to hear what anyone thought.

i'm using cetaphyl for normal to oily skin, and i like it. i am curious what other people think though. . . .

has this happened to anyone -- this is the second time i have been on the regimen (both for about a week or so). . . so, the first few days (3/4 days) work like a charm. pimples seem to be going down, no new ones coming up. and then day 4/5 comes and there seems to be a set back. not goign down as fast, and a few new ones. last time this happened, it coincided wiht a trip to my dermo and she said i needed to be more aggressive. so i quit the regimen, and i broke out even worse. dan said that it

so, has anyone had this experience -- where the regimen works for the first 3-4 days and then you get some breakouts, and then it clears up for good? i was doing so well, and now i am havign some breakout issues. dan said it should clear up for good soon, but i just wanted to see if anyone else has had this experience. i have been on the regimen for a week and a half. -
