  1. I have a similar issue but mine seems to have been around a few years now, what to do? I already have a healthy lifestyle and take supplements etc I won't take any anti biotics though

I'm the same I live a healthy lifestyle(exercise daily or walks everywhere, sleep early around 8-11pm max, water, 98% raw vegan for the past 14 years, enemas, colonics, intermittent fasts dry fasts, supplements try to stay positive and all) except I never used accutane, I did at one point use an acne suppressor I forgot the name but it caused fainting spells and I had to quit although it didn't help me out much. I had/have eating disorder anorexia/bulimia for about 5 years now, when I started with anorexia and ate mostly fruits and lost weight my skin was great compared to now(it wasn't clear 100% but it was clearer than precious stages of my life) and after that year when I got bulimia and ate a few other things or more I got horrible acne as well and my period came back. Yes I usually break out with pimples before my periods (but not usually on my cheeks, they been clear since 2008 except old scars) so I thought this time it was really unpleasant dealing with that, the problem area is usually around my chin/mouth but this time around I didn't have much pimples there it seems. I mean I also get small pimples after my period or whiteheads which is not good but its always just aggravates the 2 weeks before my period, my skin is kind of oily with dry spots. Estrogen

Well my acne seems to be more PMS related than anything, cause I got my period a day after I posted this and now that its going away so are those pimples in the picture, except the red marks T_T.   6. Thanks for the advice. I don't think I could eat eggs though over protein powder but I might stop takin the powder too, even though I don't use a complete serving of it in my shakes. The flaxseed I only spinkle tiny tsp and on occasions, so maybe thats not the problem either. As for fats I heard good and bad things,I eat them in small amount but I really dont want to gain weight again either. I know getting rid of periods would be permanent damage done but for an eating disorder person it doesn't matter most of the time :/, and I just want to stop more new scars and pimples obviously. I would go to get my hormone levels checked but we don't have any insurance for doctors right now and don't qualify either yet it seems.     The camera made it look less bad than it is, but my skin is BAD and I don't think it should be since i'm taking many precautions.     Usually my break out aren't as bad on my right side it seems. But I noticed is that the pimples have grown symmetrical ish on both side when I look at it from the front. The camera doesn't show my old scars too much but they are still there . I usually had problems breaking out around my chin area/mouth before my period. Usually my periods are late or skip and when I do have one its really light most days.

    Its really nasty looking even make up cant hide it well and its not going away, I had this for maybe 4 weeks now. Whats worse is I already had really bad break outs on my cheeks back in 2008 when I got my period back after a year of not having a period, and since that time I just had scars to worry about on my cheeks until now!   12. Usually I don't breakout in my cheeks but recently its BAD. I do everything to try and be healthy and do lots of research on acne and why I may still be getting it. I'm vegan right now but I avoid just about all grains(refined/whole except psyllium husk fiber),Nuts, Fats(occasional avocado slices/flaxseed powder),Most soy products, and anything too sugary.
