Hi I was on Spiro for about 2 years ..and recently was taking 200 mg daily. I have since noticed in the past 8-10 months that i have put on more weight around my mid section and thighs/butt area. I was doing alot o reading lately online and found that alot of other ppl were noticing the weight gain too while taking this. it has helped me being on spiro since it was blocking androgens. is there something naturally out there that I can take to block that ??? anyone have any advice for me???

is there a difference in the generic brand ingredients? and which is a really good generic to be taking..what brand are all of you on?

hi I have been on spiro for over year now and have been taking 100mg a day for a while now. I still get some breakouts but not too bad esp around period time..and still have the under skin bumps that will never go away! wondering if I should up it to 150 or maybe 200mg..what do you all think? and how much are you taking and how is it working? thanks!!

i am having same flesh colored bumps too around my chin and not sure when they got there maybe a few years ago but just recently they really seemed to bother me! sucks! i feel i have tried sooo many products and stuff on my face i even changed some of my makeup to see if that is why but no change. does anyone think it may be caused my a dairy sensitivity or too much sugar?? thanks!

HI i am a 32 yr old female and have been having these small skin colored bumps on my chin area and wondering what it could be from?? i was told it may be due to overuse of acne products and its clogging my pores and then the drying out is making it ieven worse..could it be from a dairy or sugar sensitivity?? pls help!!!
