  1. Hey love sorry for the late reply UNI keeps me busy I live near west la college, near culver city and you? It would be so cool if you and I could meet I'm not fond of neutrogena because it makes my skin super oily, even though its oil free it still doesn't accommodate well with my skin I've been using Neutrogena Clear Face spf 30 for a week now, it's awesome! No breakouts and I feel like the sunscreen smell isn't as strong as some other sunscreens. And AbyBar your positivity and determi
  2. Moisturizer and jojoba oil did the job but as of now I'm on 230 days of the regimen and my skin is dry as hell. Like flaky dry an not even moisturizer an jojoba oil works for me anymore. However when I began the regimen the flakiness began to subside during the fourth week. The first month is tough but if you can get past the first month everything else will begin to see the bright light of day stick to the regimen it works for most acne sufferers . Just be patient and always moisturize . ALWAYS
  3. Thank you dear but I think I should have mentioned that even the AHA has irritated my skin . Leaves it raw red and flaky idk why my skin is reacting like this to the regimen after being on it for 8 months almost .

  5. Sasch . Sorry for the later reply. I haven't logged in over a month or two because of UNI busy schedule. But in respects to your post, the regimen has cleared my face wonderfully I'm on month 6 and my face is better than ever, despite the ice picks and atrophic scars, I still find my skin considerably better than prior to DKR. I know that you currently began the regimen and you might be on month 1 but do not give up. Like "thereisalwayshope" says you will be clear in no time. It takes discip
  6. Im so glad you have not given up . I remember I was on month 3 when you started, now I'm on month 6. Face is relatively clear with a couple ice picks and blemishes but make up can conceal. Let me remind you I had severe acne when I started so by the time you get to month 6 your blemishes will be so light and your face will actually look healthy.
  7. Thank you Beautiful It's posts like these that motivate and keep others going
  8. If you are interested in seeing my progress via pic I can email . Sadly I've been accessing the org through my cell phone and I cannot upload photos through my phone Hey celery For scabs I find that aloe Vera helped speed the process of it or neosporin . Both work wonders. By day 2 my scab was ready to fall off and no scars . Trust me I have chemically burned my skin with a glycoli peel and I applied neosporin and by day 2 my scab fell off, leaving only new baby red skin underneath . The r
  9. DAY 162 Nothing new to report . The regimen has really help kept my acne under control .
  10. You probably saw me Haha . That's me and my boyfriend all the time!!
  11. 5 MONTHS WELL, nothin major maybe a small tiny pimples but nothing severe . I still have many PIH some that we're caused due to my bad habit of OCD. Gah ! I need to stop picking ! It's constantly present in my mind . Picking picking . Also, I dislike the fact that my peach fuzz is so noticeable . Gee thanks to my friend who mentioned it to me . He said that when the sun hits my face is noticeable . How shattering !!!! Anyways, talk to y'all soon . #Be Blessed or Die Trying.
  12. Nothing to be stressed over . I'm on month 5 of the regimen and I still breakout . After the first month on the regimen everything will start becoming more smooth. Hopefully. Don't give up . Keep on trucking . Rome wasn't build in one day and acne will not clear in a day or a month. Consistency my friend.
  13. DAY 140 WHAT CAN I SAY ? Well I am almost 5 months in the regimen. Skin has 1 pimple that I extracted the pus from. Now I have two pimples hearings. So a total of 2 pimples . Skin is not flaky just red . It's been like this for a couple of days now . Hmm very odd but I'm trying not to focus on that so much. I have pitted and ice pick scars on both of my cheeks an temples . Hoping that one day in the future I can afford a laser treatment to minimize the appearance of those ugly suckers .
  14. I still have acne here and there but school and work really keep my mind at peace . They both coexist In harmony for me Trying to focus more on what's important . For example, like living in the moment. I realized that my acne will take years to subside and my face will take some years as well to heal from the cystic acne damage, but that doesn't mean I will hibernate, seclude myself an isolate myself. I have to explore the platitudes, the sorrow and the warmth of the sun . I laugh at the face
  15. Dejaclaire: It takes time to notice a significant improvement as I had severe acne but it was well worth it Give it a shot and be patient.
