  1. What lab did the testing? It's all these upstart labs that give sensitivity testing a bad rap. I use 1 lab only which just happens to be the top lab in the U.S. Ps... I'm a Wellness Coach and and I don't recommend any supplements. When you clean up your diet you won't need to take any. Congratulations on being the 1st known human to test negative to Milk, Beef, and Pork. So there is hope. Maybe 1 day I will find someone that does not have an immune response to them.
  2. ???? That's insane. Sugar gets a bad rap because the massive amounts of sugar in the diet today is poison! I'm sorry, but you can not call your self a wellness expert if you do not recognize the harm of consuming more sugar than your cells can/will take in. like I said before, I don't guess. I need to see it come from isolated research. I need to see it show up from tests performed by a reputable lab, not some online lab with no track record. I consume lots of sugar, I don't have any issu
  3. She, like everyone else, is guessing sugar is "bad". The lab I use does not have a test for Cane Sugar or Salt even. Both are necessary to our bodies function which is why I would guess we don't have an immune response to them and therefore no need for the allergy test because there are no antibodies to find.Sugar gets a bad rap because of soda. I don't even think they put real sugar in soda anymore. Pepsi has a line with real sugar in it but it has a different taste to it. ???? That's insane
  4. Cane sugar, aka table sugar, is absolutely not necessary for our bodies to function. I could, in theory, avoid cane sugars for the rest of my life (it would be very difficult) and be perfectly healthy and biologically normal. Your lab does not test for cane sugar sensitivity because cane sugar is sucrose and sucrose is a simple carbohydrate. Antibody recognition is primarily against proteins and other large molecules. It might be possible to create a simple carbohydrate antibody in the lab, but

  6. I had some test positive for a immune response to grapes and some tested negative. I cook only with Grape seed oil and with zero impact. I tested negative for grapes however.
  7. You said earlier that Paleo caused issues and when I asked what issues you said Lupus, Arthritis, etc. Yup. 2 days for acne, 2 weeks for cholesterol, 8 days for acid reflux, 3 days for liver disorder, and according to Dr's that perform gastric bypass surgery diabetes reversal ranges from 2 days to 4 weeks. Everyone is different but the end results are the same. Ps... JJ Virgin Diet and the Omni Diet make the same claims that I do. I know theirs work because they use elimination dieting and f
  8. Paleo is actually optimal for all body types, no matter what your goal. Kellan Lutz, the actor that starred in Hercules, recently touted that the Paleo diet was a major player in how he beefed up for the film. Paleo is not a carb-free diet, it's just lower in carbs than the typical American diet due to the lack of grains and refined sugars. You can still get carbs through sweet potatoes, squash, fruits, starchy veggies, etc. Most people who follow this lifestyle are very toned and muscular, and
  9. If you look around the Internet, you can find the testing cheaper than that. 23andMe can give those results and a whole lot more for $99. However, they are very slow and are fighting with the FDA right now also.

  13. What types of issues did you and your clients experience? Arthritis, Acid Reflux, Joint Pain, Asthma, Acne, psoriasis, dermatitis herpetiformis, rosacea, migraines, lupus, S.O.B, vision loss, B12 deficiency, liver and kidney disorders, anemia, meniere's disease, fatigue, hypocalcemia, hyperlipidemia, obesity, and a few other minor issues. I have yet to run into a chronic disease that I can't reverse. That's simply by following the clients blood test results and guiding them through the poor f
  14. Everyone pretty much covered the testing so I can only add a few things. The IgG antibody tests are used quite often by Dr's. Any test they order that requires a titer includes an IgG. Lyme disease, H Pylori, Herpes Zoster, and quite a few others they are looking for a IgG immune response. So for the medical field to dismiss a food Specific IgG allergy tests is mind boggling. I will say this. Even though Dr's are not taught about food Specific IgG's, when they see the results from my clie
  15. A lot of the stuff in the diet/holistic medicine threads is hokus pokus mumbjo jumbo. Most of the people base their assertions on a book they read a long time ago, on a blog they found through a google search, or they just base their assertions on the fact that they know a really smart person. That being said, I would not argue that allergies cause cancers. However, I would argue that chronic exposure to foods which cause allergies will lead to chronic inflammation and chronic inflammation doe
