  1. Only do the aspirin mask once a week. If used too often, your skin gets too used to it & the effects won't be as good. DEFINITELY use uncoated tablets, any brand is fine
  2. Is it really as bad as you think it is? Have you been to a Derm? Plastic surgeon? Focus all your negative energy on something positive. Get into working out/physical fitness (you could do it from home), etc. Are you in school? College? Go make some money. Focus your time on that. Does make up cover it? Feel better, dude.
  3. I love lemon juice and ACV (for my face), but I never knew if it was okay/safe to use together!
  4. You're washing your face twice at night? I think that's over washing, I'd stick to 2x a day total.
  5. Check the 'cosmetics' section on here to find a better foundation for acne.
  6. I definitely think you're washing your face too much. Stick to 2 times a day (morning/night)! I also don't think the bar soap is doing you any good. What about moisturizer? You need to moisturize after washing...even if your skin is oily! If you skip moisturizing, your skin produces MORE natural oil. Please consider changing your regimine ASAP!
  7. I use manuka honey and rub it all over my face (even where I don't have acne). I basically use it as my face wash. I mix it with tea tree oil if I'm having a breakout, apple cider vinegar, or lemon juice. You don't HAVE to mix it with anything though. Leave it on for at least 30 minutes. I agree with dude above, buy organic. It's pricey but worth it.
  8. Accutane should be your last resort. Give yourself at least another 6 months.
  9. I use Manuka, Apple Cider Vinegar, Tea Tree Oil, Aspirin masks, and Aloe vera gel. Sometimes I use Lemon Juice and Jojoba Oil. You can find a whole bunch of organic remedies with those ingredients all over google
  10. I'd try a loose powder foundation like everyday minerals or bare minerals. I take a damp makeup sponge and basically dab it all over my skin. It won't make your face look 'flawless' but it will lighten a lot. As for getting rid of the redness naturally, I'd suggest honey, aspirin masks, ACV, lemon juice, and aloe vera.
  11. The only way to get rid of them is through exfoliation, lightening treatments (perhaps apple cider vinegar or lemon juice), and time. I have a couple brown dots, and I hate themmmm.
  12. I do honey masks every night, but could never leave it on overnight! It's waaaaaaay too sticky. I use Manuka honey (pretty pricey, but I'd use anything other than regular honey) with a couple drops of Tea Tree oil, Lemon Juice, or Apple Cider vinegar. I rub it all over, leave it on for as long as I can, rinse, pat dry, then apply Aloe Vera/Jojoba oil mix as a moisturizer. I've never done Proactive, so I can't speak for that, but a Cleanse/Tone/Moisturize routine is very important.
