  1. I used to drink a lot of milk everyday and ate a lot of cheese and since i cut this out of my diet I have notice that a lot of my acne cleared up its not as bad now so for me dairy did affect my skin. I drink almond milk instead but thats just me everybodies skin is different.
  2. I have the same thing!!! I dont know what it is i been trying to find out i been thinking if its milia which can take long to get rid of
  3. what i do is when im done excercising i use neutrogena cleansing towelettes and apply a moisturizer after and go home fast to shower and this works fine for me
  4. I tried doing that its so hard not to look but i think it helps with not picking...will try this again and see how it goes
