  1. I've read some use it as a moisturizer but I'm a bit hesitant to try it. It helps with redness? its healing my skin(SD i think) so it maybe will work for you. i also eat 3 tbsps a day which i suggest you try as to your original question i would keep trying natural products ( raw apple cider vinegar with baking soda, coconut oil, raw honey) before you buy anything else. probiotics will help too
  2. Have you tried coconut oil yet? that works wonders
  3. i have redness on my nose and skin, when i eat yeast or sugars my face because really inflamed, i have no idea why =(
  4. cetaphil just keeps the face moisturized i dont think it works well for acne.
  5. yeah this is common, im pretty sure its because of the lighting
  6. i no longer eat bread or dairy, mine does not flare up really. huge improvement, idk if that means its "going away" or what
  7. can dermatitis be caused by clearasil or other acne products?
  8. so basically your face cleared up completely from using that for only a short period?
  9. You are talking about the red patches on your nose/either side of it?? It does look like mild Seborrheic Dermatitis to me. yes that was what i was talking about, thats what i feared it was btw sorry, i didnt know the picture was so huge lol Don't get too downhearted about it. There's ways of dealing with that. Lots of info in this thread. ive had it for 9 months but its still hard to deal with. i was using pointless acne creams that didnt affect it. i guess it makes sense though becau
