  1. Thank you so much I so badly want to feel the same way about exercising that you do! I have tried to get into a routine and it's just so tough. I think part of it is because I'm naturally thin and so I'm not motivated to do it that much, like its not necessarily something I HAVE to do. However, maybe with bettering my acne as a motivator, I will do better! Good luck to you too!
  2. I have done a lot of research and have compiled a few things that I could change that have helped other people with their acne in the past so I thought I would try to give these things a shot. It won't be easy, but I'm at wit's end with my acne lately. The changes are as follows: - Drink 2-3 servings of green tea per day. I have been doing this for the past week or so and I did notice improvements at first but due to who knows what, I'm having a bad skin period lately. Anyways, I guess green
  3. These are lifestyle changes that I have already made and stuck with that I believe have really improved my skin as far as getting active bumps: - Switching my shampoo. I have gone from Suave, Pantene, or what have you, to Johnson's Baby Shampoo. In middle school I had moderate acne, where it was quite a few blemishes, but the skin that didn't have acne still looked healthy and nice. I tried so many products -- too many products -- as we all have, but nothing seemed to do the trick. My doctor prescribed clindamycin phosphate which did help to control it a bit so in high school I had less bumps. Then, right out of high school, my derma

    Day 131

I just came across your blog and I really think we are almost the same person. It was unreal how much of what you have written was something that I've felt or could have written myself. I have struggled with acne since middle school and am now 20 years old and still struggling. Acne sure has done a number on my confidence, I feel ya girl. You actually inspired me to start my own blog about it so be on the look out for that!
  6. Hi, I've been using Tretinoin .025% Cream for quite a while actually, but I only just started using it more regularly about a month ago. Annnnnd I got the initial breakout once I started using it every night. Bad. And I still have it :/ I don't even want to go in public or even let my family see me makeup-less. Anyways, I know the IB is normal but my question is... What are all of these tiny under the skin bumps on my face?? There is quite a few and they make my skin look so horribly bumpy in c

Seemed to have cleared acne Pill form, so you don't need to deal with nasty lotions Cheap Made me break out in hives all over my body Made me very itchy I had been using this for somewhere between one and two months and it seemed to be helping clear my acne but then one morning I woke up and I was really itchy all over. This went on for about a week or two and then one day I took a nap and I woke up and my body slowly began to become covered in hives! It was the scariest thing! Th
