  1. Hey everyone. I'm at my 11 month mark of using the regimen and my face is pretty cleared. I only get maybe 1-2 small pimples a week that I can deal with, and my scars are mostly faded. I just have a question, when do us regimen users actually know when we can quit the regimen? I have to go to university in another year, and am not planning to continue the expensive treatment of the regimen, but do not want the re-surfacing of a huge acne problem. So question to Dan and the moderators/other
  2. Ever since starting the regimen, face has been slightly red/or really red depending on how much BP/AHA used (not sure) for me... At first, I shrugged it off as the starting side effects of the regimen, but after using the regimen for nearly a year, the redness is still there! It doesnt help that when someone points it out, i flush which makes it even redder ): Should i lessen the amount of BP used, the amount of AHA used, or what? Anyone can help?
  3. Have used the regimen for nearly a year, but noticed that my face is more or less permantly red....started to get comments about it... what should i do? Should i lessen the BP used or what? Be more gentle? i still get 1, maybe 2 small pimples every two weeks, so i would say im 90% clear (with the PIHs included ): any advice?
  4. Been using the regimen for quite a while now, i would say im 90% clear with maybe 1-2 small pimples per week, and blackheads on the nose (but blackheads are alright imo). This is what I do: Morning Shower - Gentle massage dry skin off face, and then use 1 pump of Dan's Cleanser. - Wait 5 minutes then apply 1 1/2 pumps of BP. - Wait ~20 minutes till skin is very dry, then apply AHA. Night - Same as above, except replace AHA with Dan's Moisturizer. Now, my problem is that so
  5. I had tons of fun, great trip, met tons of new people and had an awesome time. I tried doing the regimen whenever i could, but could only use my cleanser + somtimes BP and AHA. The whole week went by aight, i got around 5 pimples for the 7 days i was there, but after i came back/on the flight, i got a huge breakout, like around 10-20 pimples. Most of them are scattered but theres a huge bunch around my mouth, probably due to sleeping facedown on the camping sheets, etc. Now I used t
  6. Hey anyone whos reading this, mainly a question for the veterans of the acne.org regimen. I've been on the regimen for about 3-4months and have started being completely clear besides 1 SMALL pimple per 2-3 weeks which I am very happy with. The problem is that I have to take a 1 week break because I'm going hiking and camping in the mountains of New Zealand and I was wondering what effects it would have? I don't want to break out and then have to wait even LONGER for scars to fade ):
  7. Hey yall. I've been on the regimen for about 3 months now. I still get around 1-2 pimples per week, but its not that bad. I've started using AHA when I go out to see people, and moisturizer when I stay home and before I go to bed. I haven't seen much improvement on my PIH (Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation). I was wondering what else I could do? I have a bunch load of PIH spots on my cheeks and forehead that I just want to get rid of! Please advice! EDIT: My PIH marks are not really red.
  8. I've read it so many times. I've done my research! I just want to know if you guys have any suggestions/tips?! P.S My order hasn't arrived..? It's been 2 weeks...I emailed Dan 3 days ago and still no reply even though he says 1-2 business days....
  9. Dear whoever is reading this, thanks for taking the time to and hopefully will be able to provide me with some suggestions/tips/insights! Background information: Acne hit around 12, will call it year 1. Year 1: Acne breakout on forehead, family advice was because of my fringe, so i started cleansing, moisturizing, using a hairband to keep fringe up when i sleep. Year 2: Forehead was pretty clear, but acne starting popping up on cheeks, visible areas, nose is blackhead infested (but i don't re
