    June 25th So I had a facial done at a Chinese Herbalist. She also did cupping along with a facial. She gave me mopkin-s ointment for my face. This time she gave me some herbs to treat pain.     May 30th (pm) So I bought all the products I could at The Body Shop. They have been working nicely on my skin. So far I haven’t had any problems.     May 28th morning. Diet: Eating better haven’t had too much bread…had pasta the other day Today though I had a lemon loaf…silly Drinking lots of water though.     May 20th Diet: Not eating properly. ie/ sugars in diet. Today though I had no sugars or bread. Ate: Apple, orange, grapefruit, salmon, brusselsprouts, Salad , eggs, and fruit smoothie.
