  1. Always. It's funny because no one comments on my skin (except my father who I've never had a good relationship with). I think in general people don't take notice of things about other people unless they have the same insecurity. For example, I (and all of us) have acne, so we'll notice others with acne, but others who don't have it probably won't even really notice it on others. But I digress. Makeup makes me feel better when going out so I choose to wear it. Tarte's foundations never break me
  2. xdevochax that sounds like good advice , stuff the stereotypes next time I have a bad breakout I'm hitting the foundation to . Ballen I know its tuff mate and when my skin break outs it scares the crap out of me thinking about how people will react when they see my skin but it is when you feel like that that it is most important to commit to whatever plans you have made , let your Acne know who is boss. Your Acne might be getting the better of your body at the moment but try not to let it get

  4. Walk through the most busy street in Edinburgh at mid day on a Saturday topless carrying a boombox over my shoulder with AC/DC shoot to thrill blaring out full volume , all the while giving beautiful women that are obviously way out of my league a smile and nod whilst giving anyone I think who looks like they have a low self esteem the thumbs up.
  5. I'm gonna say mild , start treating it with Benzyl Peroxide and before you go out give your spots a dab of soda cream to take the redness away and your skin will look a lot better. This works for me at least. Good luck bud
  6. Things are hard for you right now , I hear that. I'm assuming that your boyfriend is with you regardless of how you or others may see your skin. If so he obviously finds you attractive and thinks a lot more of you than you do yourself..That being the main problem. I got real low a while back about my skin , my life etc and it ruined a good relationship that I was in. Cause of my low self esteem and the way that I see my skin I did not see myself as being worthy enough to be someone's friend , so
  7. My skin across my body is usually pretty bad but for some unknown reason I have been almost completely clear on my face for the past week!. Regardless of how bad or good my skin maybe next week I am grateful for the almost clear couple of days that I have had. I'm feeling Awesome
  8. Best thing I did concerning my Acne , took so much of the stress and pain away by accepting that this may not be me forever but it is right now and aside from treat it I cant really do much else...So why waste my time stressing about it. That train of thought got me through
  9. 2 weeks..I cant go two days without picking haha. Keep it up and I will see if I can match your two weeks I think 2 weeks is the longest I've been able to go. I started scarring a little and that has been a big motivator to stop. Haha I did not make a single day ..think I'm gonna have to man up and seriously make an effort to stop picking. Starting now. Two weeks is a good effort though mate. Keep going , my ultimate goal is a month but if I can make two weeks I'll be happy.

  11. Although I do not think your skin is all that bad I understand that will not make any difference because you clearly do think it is all that bad. I went down the whole suicide route , was not happy with myself and defiantly not my skin but then I started to think of the people I care about and the people who care about me and I realised that If I just gave up my Acne would not affect me any more it would affect the people I would leave behind. My Acne being the cause of passing and my passing be

  13. I know its ruff mate but there is ALWAYS hope. You say your skin has gotten better , that's good then try to focus on that. Do not let your skin and yourself esteem dictate what you can and can not do. Apart from the creams and other treatments what can you do to help your self esteem and skin? Trying to think with a positive mind and making a concious effort to focus on what I like about myself rather than what my skin looks like has helped me far more than any treatment that I have ever trie
  14. I find that my skin will breakout after I have finished training. I have been reading up on your question and it would seem that exercise is unfortunately a great way to build testosterone within the body , building muscle and eating meats high in protein will also elevate your testosterone levels which in turn will have an impact on your skin. I think it comes down to the type of training that you want to do , your diet and your natural testosterone levels. I think the trick to having a strong
