  1. I have never tried this method, but I agree with you Belimeza. I believe that natural treatments are the most effective, because acne develops from deep within. What you eat has a huge impact on your acne. If you check out my site you will find a lot of helpful information and natural remedies/tips that you can use to help get rid of your acne. Like Belimeza said, try using an oil free cleanser(preferably natural soap)
  2. I know how bad it sucks to have bacne. I had severe acne on my back for several years and I never wanted to take my shirt off.   3. To me it sounds like that regime is not working for you. Just because you don't have whiteheads does not mean that it's getting any better, that's probably a sign that it's getting worst. Sometimes certain face washes will make your acne worst, so be careful what you use on your face. Your skin is sensitive. Try to avoid using chemicals on your face.
