  1. You can rest assured. They are marks, and only temporary. They will fade with some time, or you can try AHA to speed up the fading process.
  2. Pond's Dry skin cream is not suitable for combination skin. You also don't need Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash Redness Soothing Gentle Scrub, because Micro Retin A is a chemical exfoliant itself. Just buy one simple cleanser, such as Clean and Clear Sensitive Skin cleanser. Its simple and cleans great, without drying. Or Cetaphil if you skin is on the drier side. Or you can use any mild and gentle cleanser.
  3. It would be hyperpigmentation, if its a pinkish purple mark on a place where there was once a pimple. If you have just sensitive skin and no pimples in that area, and the skin turns pink, then its not hyperpigmentation.
  4. Marks can take a very long time to fade. Lighter skin tones fade a bit faster though. Be patient, and keep at it.
  5. So for like 5 months now, I have been showering with Ivory soap and a shower brush to scrub the dead skin cells off my back. And to my surprise, Ivory didn't break me out, in fact now I get less lesions on my back. However, I still have some remaining lesions. But I think the scrub should get more credit than the Ivory soap. Exfoliating my back everyday really helped. But that's just me. I was thinking about trying the Antibacterial Cetaphil Bar Soap. Has anyone tried it so far

And to my surprise, Ivory didn't break me out, in fact now I get less lesions on my back. However, I still have some remaining clogged pores. But I think the scrub should get more credit than the Ivory soap. Exfoliating my back everyday really helped. But that's just me. I was thinking about trying the Antibacterial Cetaphil Bar Soap. Has anyone tried it so far?
  7. I also use Clindoxyl Gel, and I love it. It got rid of pimples and pustules, however like you said, it left me a bit bumpy. So I ordered Alpha Hydroxy Face Lotion with 10% Glycolic Acid. I intially bought it to fade marks, but it helps to decrease the bumps too to leave smooth skin. However using both of them together (one at night, one at day) left me pretty dry and sensitive, even though I have oily skin. So I recommend that you use very gentle cleansers and be very gentle with you

Jojoba oil would not be the answer. Accutane would help to decrease sebum production, but I do NOT advise you to go on Accutane. The best thing you can do, is BLOT. Blot now, blot in an hour, blot tomorrow. BLOT! I have super oily skin, and I have tried ACV, and it actually made my face dehydrated and flaky. Its better for bacne. And I have also tried so called mattifiers from Sephora, and none of them helped. Some make it worse, actually. So like I said, BLOT. Matter of fac
  9. You're acne and marks are not bad at all. You're pretty too But yes, picking is a horrible habit. 95% of all my scarring (and or marks) was due to picking. I realize that I pick when I am super stressed. So i try to take life lightly and not obsess over anything. I also take HD photos of my face to remind myself of the consequences of picking. lol. But acne marks are bittersweet. Bitter because it causes colored marks on your face. Sweet because it is temporary and will fade with glycolic aci
  10. Can bp dry your skin out? - Definitely Cause temporary fine lines due to dryness? - Yes, but these are not wrinkles. Wrinkles will happen with age, however if your skin is naturally very oily, the wrinkles will be slightly delayed. Since it will dry you out (esp. if you already have dry skin), find an adequate non-comedogenic moisturizer to counter the bp's dryness. It is advised that you use moisturizers even if you don't use bp, but personally, I only use moisturizers when I feel dry.
  11. So you are going to get all dressed up and excited for a guy who just wants you for s ex? o_0
  12. If you are going to expose your skin with sunlight, sun screen is always a must. Lack of sun screen can cause a whole bunch of issues, such as skin cancer. Acne marks < Skin cancer Try Alpha Hydroxy Acid for the PIH marks. It did pretty well on my skin.
  13. Where did you purchase this sun screen? I might look into it if it suits my extra oily skin.
  14. But spice and hot food may have something to do with it. (South Asians and South East Asians eat spices a lot) I heard it can cause you to produce more oils in your pores, which can lead to breakouts. But this is also genetics, because not everyone with oily skin breakouts. None the less, interesting topic.
  15. I actually don't plan on moving out until 25 or 27. I need a strong financial career before I can live on my own.
