  1. Hi, river333. I bought three different dermarollers; all through Amazon. The first one is a Nano Needle Roller by Scorpion (just search for "scorpion dermaroller"). I chose this one because it has 500 needles rather than the standard 192, is cheaper than the Dr. Roller brand, and still looked like it was of halfway decent quality. This is a 0.5 mm needle length roller that I use for all-over face and neck rolling. I paid $39.95; you might be able to find it cheaper. It's my workhorse roller
