  1. I take a multivitamin everyday but Im looking into taking extra Vitamin A,C and D pills to help out my skin. Would this be too much or would I benefit from the higher doses of these.   2. I know it seems strange that I broke out when stopping. Its the only thing that makes sense to me. Right when I stopped drinking the shakes the acne came back full force all over. It is similar to the INSANE breakout I had when I quit smoking cigarettes 2 years ago but just not as much. To give you a little timeline I quit smoking in march of 11.   4. Just normal neutrogena oil free acne wash, it's orange comes in a little pump bottle.
  5. At the moment I'm just using a neutrogena face wash twice a day and applying apple cider vinegar at night.

  9. Alright so we all hear milk causes acne and smoking aggravates acne/ makes it harder to heal. I quit milk about a month and half ago and cigarettes a month ago. Also since that point I have made my diet better especially by eliminating fast foods , pizza and sweets and I drink way more water also. But you know what my skin is complete shit now.   10. Didn't quite know where to post this. I get these strange fungus crusty things in the corners of my outer nose. I am not a picker but I do scrape these strange things away. They are rare but as of late I have been getting them. Does anyone get this or know what it is? It's not like a pimple its just like a fungus ish booger grew on the outside of my nose and you can just scrape it off.
  11. Since people are actually looking at this thread Im gonna sneak in a quick question. Right now I have 3 snack options in my cupboard Ritz,Saltines and Lays potato chips. According to the acne diet these are all no nos but if you had to pick one which one would you pick for the least worst for acne.
