I would just like to add my last update and say that the little food I've consumed for my Anti-Inflammatory diet, meaning a diet low in inflammatory foods and high in anti-inflammatory foods, has made a very drastic change in my appearance. I look far less red! If this is actually treating my acne at this rate I would be nearly clear in a week! Keep in mind do to my non-refined sugar diet I am currently not that broken out. Definitely a noticeable change.
  2. THIS TOOK PLACE AT AROUND 4PM TODAY Hello, I'm starting a little bit today, I just wanted to give you guys some background on my acne history and what I am doing today! BTW MY SPELLING IS HORRIBLE I've had acne since I was 5 and serious nasty super gross acne from about 7 until about 4 months ago. I've used almost every product for acne known to man, which includes taking 3 full cycles of ACUTANE. If you contemplating taking acutane my advice is DO NOT DO IT, just to let you know. From ages 7

But after around 2 months of clear skin, its come back but not nearly as bad. I've found a TON of useful information on the internet and am going to do some nutritional safe but extreme experiments with food and give you guys an update on what's going on with my skin.
