Been dealing with hormonal acne since I hit adulthood. Started spiro 100mg/day on 12/19/17. Some dry mouth. Drier skin than normal, but not noticeable after moisturizing. Few days of mild breast tenderness that resolved. No dizziness, fatigue, hair loss.

    DK regimen progress

I started the regimen back on January 23, 2011. Morning and night, I use Neutrogena Extra Gentle Cleanser, Neutrogena On the Spot Treatment, and Cerave Moisturizing Lotion. I only uploaded pics of the right side of my face, which had always been slightly worse than my left side. I follow Dan's regimen religiously. It works! Best thing is, I never shy away from pictures anymore.
