  1. I had my dermatologist/blood test appointment on Friday. I showed him the eczema-like rash that had since moved from my hands to my arms and he prescribed Triamcinolone ointment to apply twice a day. So far so good. The rash is no longer itchy, red and angry! The Shikai Borage Dry Skin Therapy body cream has been wonderful so far - I've noticed marked improvement. So I bought their facial cleanser and facial 24 hour moisture therapy cream too. I love it! Other than that - not much to repo
  2. Thank you soo much for all those suggestions KC! I will go out to the shops on the weekend and get some Vaseline and Mac foundation

    Day 21 - Questions....

Hi KC31, Ive been reading a lot of these blogs too and I think IB means Initial Breakout - which my derm did warn me about. I've been on Accutane for about one month and so far I haven't had the IB but I'm having so many of the same symptoms as you. My lower back and joint pain is crazy! Standing up, bending over, sitting down... everything just takes so much effort. I just keep having to tell myself that hopefully it will all be worth it!! We'll get there
