  1. I would give it a go! either that, or continue to use BP in both the morning and evening, but less of it. (that's what I did) Best of luck!
  2. I don't have any experience with any of those products that you mentioned, but I was on Dan's Regimen for about a year and a half. Like you, I didn't have severe acne, but it was definitely enough to lower my self esteem to an all time low. It took me about 4 months to get to the point when I wasn't getting anymore pimples using the Regimen. First 3 months really sucked for me. Red face, constant flakes, irritation, etc. Through it all, I can say that it was worth it! After my extended
  3. yea that's a bummer you had issues. hmm. I very gradually used less and less over a 3 month period until I felt that I no longer needed bp to stay clear. Quitting slowly Worked realllly well. Right now, I'm just using Black soap http://www.amazon.com/Dr-Woods-Vision-Organic-Butter/dp/B000WUD83E/ref=sr_1_1?s=hpc&ie=UTF8&qid=1349736164&sr=1-1&keywords=dr+woods+black+soap, and this http://www.target.com/p/up-up-action-moisturizer-4-oz/-/A-11573876#?lnk=sc_qi_detaillink.
  4. I used Dan's Regimen for 15 months, and yes, I found that it did affect my skin tone a bit. However, I found that my skin did get somewhat used to all the constant BP, and it eventually calmed down pretty nicely. I haven't used Dan's Regimen since May, and my skin has returned to it's original skin tone. Best of luck.
  5. yup, that's me. Great stuff! Not sure if you have Amazon prime, but was able to get free shipping with Amazon student Prime.
  6. I had a similar situation a while back. Drink at least a gallon of water everyday for 2 weeks and see if you still feel lousy after taking naps. Drinking tons of water REALLY helped me with not feeling so bad after longer naps.
  7. Definitely try to just use BP at night (spot treating should be fine though). No sense in burning he hell outta your face.
  8. I used Bp twice a day for 15 months. I'm off BP now (I'll post how I "weened" myself off when I have time). I havent used BP in 5 months and my skin tone is totally normal. Hmmm, maybe it's different for everyone?
  9. Hey man! Sunblock can be an expensive thing to test out, haha. Been there, done that. I tried neutrogena, Olay, etc. And None of them felt good on my skin. Finally, I found this http://www.amazon.co...ry man jack sun Stuff works like a charm. have a blast in Bermuda! Best, Paul
  10. Hey Rey. I was on Dan's regimen for over a year and followed it to the T. It took about 3 1/2 months for my face to get totally clear of all blemishes and spots. I know the process is long and at times can be emotionally damaging, but I'm here to say that I made it though with awesome skin. I found that Dr. Wood's Black Soap did wonders for my face. I def recommend it! http://www.amazon.com/Dr-Woods-Pure-Black-Soap/dp/B003W4D2O2/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&qid=1346784169&sr=8-6&keywords=dr
  11. Do you apply the sunscreen in the morning instead of your moisturizer? yes. I personally find that using sunscreen by itself is moisturizing enough for my skin (given that you don't use BP that morning). I'd play around with it though and see how your skin works with it. best of luck!
  12. I work outside full time and use dan's regimen so I'm no stranger to getting the death burnt outta my face, haha.. I never apply BP in the a.m before I go spend the day outside in the sun. Do it when you get home after work. No sense in burning your face! Good luck and enjoy the weekend! Oops, almost forgot! get some. you'll be glad you did. http://everymanjack.com/products/face-lotion-|-sun-protection.html
  13. When using the black soap, do you apply some pressure in circular motions as you would with most exfoliators? Or are you super gentle with it? I have been using it twice per day and have been really gentle...but when I get out of the shower my face has the dead skin all over the place so I have to gently wipe it away with a towel, which I know I shouldn't be doing!! Can you give me some suggestions for using the black soap please?? Thanks! hey, I usually wash several times when I'm showering
  14. The sun will burns the death out of your bp'd face if you don't use sunscreen. I'm waayyyyy too familiar with this hahaa. I really liked to use this stuff http://everymanjack....protection.html. works awesome. happy summer!
