  1. Hi everyone. I've been on The Regimen since Dec. 2010, and after a lot of trial and error, it did, in fact, totally clear up my skin. (For the record, I'm 42, and have had adult acne for about 10 years.) I was so clear, in fact, that I only did BP once a day, on my chin (which had been the major flare-up point).     Thank you. That does help. I'm using the Smart Shade now and if I use just a little bit, as you suggest, it works pretty well.

    I've been on the Regimen for two months, and it has totally cleared up my moderate, cystic acne. Poof. Not a zit in a month. I'm thrilled! But I'm starting to wonder if I've traded breakouts for (increasingly) intolerable dryness. I do the steps EXACTLY as written.
