  1. Hi guys, I've just seen Dr. Chu for a consultation. He recommended Dermapen, subcision, and TCA cross. Anyway, I paid £200 but I'm not sure if that is just for consultation or for all procedures. For those who have seen him, is that just the fee for consultation? By the way, I was referred by my GP. I'm just hoping I can claim that expense to my BUPA insurance.

  3. I buy my retin-a from ebay through a seller in Thailand for less than $10 including shipping.
  4. I have an appointment with Dr. Chu first week of December. This will be my first time meeting him. Is the first appointment just a consultation, or will he do a procedure as well?
  5. Hi jes7, where in London did you had enerjet? And how much per session?
  6. This picture does seem to be too good to be true... I guess this is how they do it... they stretch the skin and put acupuncture needles to release the scar tissue underneath.
  7. I am going to Korea in December for 2 weeks to have some plastic surgery and I am thinking of getting cora therapy while I'm there. KRW 50,000 is equivalent to less than $50, which is cheap for an acne scar treatment session. How many treatments can you get in a 2-week timespan?
  8. How much is the consultation fee? And dis you just call to book? No GP referral to boot?
  9. I have read posts about some doctors in Harley Street, but anyone has any experience first-hand and how was it? What procedure did you take and how much? Thanks.
  10. Anyone know of a doctor in London who does exactly this?
  11. Someone mentioned SCAAR FX and I was wondering if there are any before and after pictures. Theoretically, will the deeper penetration actually help improve acne scarring, particularly ice-pick and box scars? How does this compare to Fraxel Re:pair? Will this be safe for darker skin as well?
  12. One thing I realized ever since I got my glasses (and it made me feel better) is that most people don't have clear skin. I do notice that most people either have sun-damaged skin, large pores on their nose, hyperpigmentation, scarring, wrinkles, etc. that I did not notice before. Having 20/20 vision is a double-edged sword.
  13. I got prescribed to wear eyeglasses and I just got my pair today. The first time I wore them, OMG, my scars look a LOT more noticeable and sharper than I thought they were. I honestly thought they were not that bad and you only notice the ice-pick scarring when you are up-close. But no, my ice-pick scarring are noticeable even when you are about 5-6 feet away from me. It's really depressing suddenly realizing how ugly you really are. If you don't wear glasses now, don't bother getting an eye e
  14. I have a starter kit and have used it only once. I can sell them for much cheaper if someone's interested.
