  1. Heya! I've been clear for over two years and have been on the water only regimen. I dig it and will allow you to refer to my "signature" for my view on it. I will emphasize that I have not changed my diet, though for some people this seems to help with acne matters. I had moderate acne to begin with and it took about 2-3 months before I really began to see results. As the year went by Ibecame amazed with the fact that I did not require products to control my acne, but mine had to do with touc

Hey chocobot! I was doing this for a few months before it began showing results. My thought is that I was messing with the pH and natural oils on my face when they just needed to be left alone. My face is still super clear and I will never use commercial products on my face again. Hopefully you find something that works for you if this doesn't, but I've told some friends the same advice and after a few months, they've had great results too! You can't touch any zits that show up in the c
  3. Aww I'm sad that mine didn't get posted in here since it's the most simple and cheap way of getting rid of acne. I'm going to repost it in here because I think it will help some people enormously and I want to share the awesomeness of finally having good skin!! I keep coming on this site even though I no longer struggle with acne just so that I can help people, and you can do this for FREE. I'm 24 and I'm rid of acne! I barely get pimples now (maybe 1 per month, or not even!) and wish I had
  4. Heya! I'm 23 and I'm essentially rid of acne! I barely get pimples now and wish I had tried the method I have now. I have been acne free since January!! Believe it or not, I got this advice from my new boyfriend and it has worked wonders: - quit using products and soap on your face -only rinse your face with water, and only do so at night, after you've worked up a sweat, and in the morning (doesn't matter hot or cold water) - don't touch your face!!! If you're like me (23 and tried a crapl

Heya! I figured since there have been some people checking out my page that they should know, I'm essentially rid of acne! I barely get pimples now and wish I had tried the method I have now. 6. Okay, so cheek/jaw acne and scars still here. Thinking about going for tests for vitamin D (since I'm in Canada too), but my doc brushes me off for everything all the time so it probably wont get done either way. Might just increase to 10 000 for a few days and see what happens, but I haven't found liquid forms of the D3 tablets.. If I switch something up and it works, I'll let you guys know.. For now, nothing.
  7. Alright, So I've been doing this vit D3 thing for a little over a month now at 3000ui/day. Got a few pms asking about it so I'm posting my reply here. Saw an improvement during the 1st week or so, then it just seemed to come back and got a couple cysts the same as I have been before starting this regimen. Since about a week ago, I started to include Cod liver oil (Vit A: 1250ui, Vit D: 100ui) x2/day in my regimen alongside my 3000ui d3/day to try for better absorption. Haven't seen any vast im
  8. Hey everyone! First post for me. Just started taking 1000iu per day but have since upped to 3000iu since reading the posts thoroughly (iffy about taking the 5000+ since you should see a doc for that much). I'll update if there's a change. Fingers crossed! Damned cheek/jaw acne at 23.. It's not okay.
