  1. Hmm, than what should I rely on for Omega 3?
  2. Flax seeds is good for you. I add it into my smoothie when I run out of hemp protein powder.
  3. So I added Flaxseed and Almonds to my diet recently. I needed to gain some weight so I thought fats such as almonds would be a healthy and tasty method. But looking at almonds, it has about 3400 mg of Omega 6 and like no omega-3 (per ounce) So, I also found flaxseeds which contains about 6500mg omega 3 and 1650 mg of omega 6. So i decided I would eat about a 1:1 ratio of Almonds to Flaxseeds. And I am wondering how much I can eat, like aslong as I keep it a 1:1 ratio, would I be able to eat as m
  4. hmm, maybe I worded the question wrong. here I go again: How do you prepare almonds in the best possible way to get the best out of the almonds and avoid irritation.
  5. So, a pretty basic question, How do you eat almonds? I personally read that Soaking them for about 10 hours, then peeling the skin and refrigerating them until you want to eat them is good. Whats the best way to eat almonds??
  6. Hey, how are u going to be drinking the water over 24 hours? You gonna wake up during the night to drink water? Just curious.
  7. Anyone have any experience with Brown Rice?? How much Brown Rice can you take??
  8. Hey, So basically, I wanna start adding some carbs. I've been looking and basically Brown Rice and maybe Oats are the best options. The reason for this was, I basically have done this diet for about 3-4 weeks, and it was good and all, but today was my first football tryout, and before I used to be a all around FIT and FAST guy. But today, I got KILLED, litterally, after I had a HUGE headache, was naseous, and all this crap. Felt soo bad. Could it be my lack of carbs. And by the way, my diet had
  9. You can't possibly sustain that diet for over a a week or two. More than 40% of your calories are coming from protein which surpasses our biological tolerance for protein. Search "rabbit starvation" on google to learn more about it. Add more fats to your diet; pastured lard, grass-fed butter, coconut oil, EVOO, etc. But I've been doing this diet for over 3 -4 weeks and havent had any negative (rabbit starvation) symptoms, I would say I feel better, not worse. But at the same time, I do
  10. Well it's pretty easy actually. Add oil on top of your meat or veggies (EV olive, EV coconut, or just butter) and eat until you're full. I believe eating more than 8 grams of carbs in an hour will cause insulin to be released (or so I've read) so of course don't eat too much carbs at once but try to get a decent amount from foods you can eat. Adding oil will definitely help though since you haven't been getting much. You can also take a fattier cut of meat if you want...not sure why you like
  11. Bison if you can find it. And yes I'm serious. I just started it in recent months. I get the patty in stores. It is eaten by many pro bodybuilders. Lots of protein, and relatively cleaner than a regular hamburger beef patty. My lifts have generally been great after eating Bison. You should add some carbs and throw out all that celery and salad stuff. If you really want gain weight, you need complex carbs. Potatos, oatmeal, etc. where they at in your diet. Oatmeal has never been known

  13. Hey, Well thanks, but I notice that fried foods dont really help with my acne. I really just want to find foods that I can tolerate and add to just give me a little more weight and energy. I have tried eggs and haven't been able to tolerate them, I will try other things such as cocunut oil and almonds and lamb. Grass-Fed Beef is quite expensive and hard to get my hands on. Anything else?
  14. Hey, Anyway, I am currently on a Diet (Paleo I Guess). I've done lots of research and here's my Diet that I've been on for about 3-4 weeks.
