  1. You might try some supplements. I take 1000mg of vit C, 16 cod liver oil pills, calcium, and 500mg Vit B3. Have also cut out dairy and sugar. I just run the shower water over my face and don't use topicals. My skin is the healthiest it's been since i was 13

    2. I'm on the regimen and i tend to get breakouts even then. I have stopped Milk however I have alot fruits and veggies in my diet and im 15 and also I eat red meat 3-4 times a week. I need help please view my video
