  1. This is interesting, although I've never heard it like that before. One thing that doesn't make sense to me is that some people have been completely cured using probiotics (acne and other conditions) and not had side effects like additional acne. I don't think that I'm taking too much.. I'm actually taking exactly what the box describes. I will keep this in mind though, thanks. I try to wait (like it suggests on the box/probiotics container directions) before or after eating food when I take th
  2. I will say that I eat poorly. I'm also betting that's a huge reason my acne has gotten worse through the years. I have tried not eating dairy and wheat but that didn't work. I'll definitely look into your idea, but this was only $3 so if it works I'll keep using it. XD
  5. Hey guys, I'm looking for a decent exfoliator. In the past I used to use Proactiv, which had the best exfoliator I've found (the first part/bottle of the 3 steps). I've bought many different kinds, and none seem to be as good. And by good, I mean have enough "beads" or "roughness" to get my skin really well cleaned. I know you shouldn't be too rough, but I can't find anything that works as well! Does anyone know of a good exfoliator that is like the Proactiv one? I really dont want to pay the e
