  1. Just read some interesting things about niacinamide and acne. I have a bottle of niacinamide caps here and am going to crush some into aloe vera to make a homemade niacinamide gel. I'll post back here if it works Has anybody made their own niacinamide gel? If so, what were the results like? Please post your gel recipe also
  2. Is it just me or are their Aquagel products vastly superior to their Acnegel ones? Also when the acnegel dries it leaves white blotches on my skin like I'm covered in toothpaste, so it's impossible to use it during the daytime. Acnegel soaks right in and is completely invisible. I can't believe they're ditching aquagel in favour of acnegel. Oddly enough they stopped selling all Panoxyl products here in Irish pharmacies ages ago, I've had to buy my supply online for the last few years.
  3. I've not tried dandelion tea but had some success with nettle tea. Just wanted to say that I've tried both teabags and loose leaf nettles that I bought from the health food store, and I found the loose leaf stuff far more effective. I imagine this should go for teas in general as teabags are made from the dust/fannings.
  4. Hi, I'm 32 years old and my acne seems to get worse if anything as the years go by. I tried a lot of things and had most success with Dan's Regimen, unfortunately the amount of clothes I've ruined by getting BP on them has made the regimen too expensive/frustrating for me. I've been thinking about trying one of the blue LED devices but I'm unwilling to pay several hundred dollars for something that may or may not work. I've seen a couple of cheap ones on ebay. Has anyone tried them? Are they
