  1. Because you're supposed to use a good moisturizer with most cleansers I DID. I used the Olay SPF one for sensitive skin. Even using a micelle cleanser (which is like water basically) and a milk cleanser, neither of which contained surfactants (ie all types of detergents) dried me out. Basically, if I use anything that has an emulsifier, detergents, or anything soap-like, it dries me out. And that paste cleanser had none of that, hence minimal/no dryness By good moisturizer, i don't
  2. i suggest CeraVe, just because i'm biased and i love the stuff, but it can cause a slight burning sensation for the first few times you use it (No idea why, but its happened to me and a few other people) If you want something a little more -foamy- for a change, Purpose or Neutrogena extra gentle, Clean and clear foaming facial cleanser and basis sensitive skin bar are all on the recommended products list.

  4. Bunny! I HAVE SOMETHING TO TELL YOU. You don't have to suffer through the garlic and onion drinks anymore! Does it say anywhere in your plan that you CAN'T cook the garlic/onions? if not, then: Try cooking the onions in a pan with some olive oil or butter until they're golden brown and soft, they taste very sweet and DELICIOUS with some salt (if you can eat it) and its easy to eat two or three onions like that. And take a head of garlic, break it into little cloves and cover those with oil
  5. Breakfast: juice of two fresh kiwi's, a carrot and a grapefruit. Lunch: Left over cabbage roll (OMNOM) Snack: 5 raw almonds, handful of dates, and a peanut butter banana smoothie. Dinner is going to be either lentil soup (homemade) or something with chicken.
  6. The only thing i'm jealous of is asian/thai/whateverstores, where you can buy whole spices and weird shit in bulk for cheap. its almost impossible to find one of those here though, lots of expensive healthfood stores though :/

  7. f you es, there are vegans who do not thrive on a plant-based diet due to the inability to attain enough nutrients from their food. I read a fascinating article about this a few months ago in a medical magazine. To summarize: The American Dietetic Association and the American Medical Association say that a plant-based diet has been found to be perfectly adequate for all stages of life, including pregnancy, lactation and childhood. The fact that some people do not thrive on a plant-based di
  8. I would. Not because i'm ashamed of myself or hate my life, but it would be interesting to see what the afterlife would be like without worrying about hurting the people you love. Although i'd probably wait until i was a bit older, i don't want to live to be 90, but i don't want to die before my 20's either.

  10. Doesn't matter if you're clear as a new born baby, or look like a burn victim, everyone has still obsessed over something at one point or another. And i never said LIKE time, i said everyone has obsessed, weather its a little or a lot, and theres no use in trying to convince him his skin looks normal. If i told you your skin was amazing and you shouldn't care about it, would you stop caring? No. i agree with ashley. of course we are all concerned about how our skin looks, otherwise we
  11. Pineapple+melon+carrot+berries = delicious.

Had to add a grapefruit though, the berries were frozen and turned into slush, and the machine wouldn't push it all the way through.

And my moms taking me to some specialty stores for my birthday (april) and i'll grab the ingredients there. along with other shit i probably don't need but will buy anyway :D

  13. Are... are you coming onto me?

Why, timmothy, this is so sudden, i had no idea you felt this way D:

Good, trying to get the hang of the whole juicer thing, i have rediscovered my hatred for carrot juice, but fresh fruit juice is delicious.

  14. Well then start applying BP there? i don't know. And while time MIGHT have BDD, i'm sure we've ALL obsessed over our skin at one point or another, and we ALL know someone telling us its nothing DOES NOT HELP in the slightest, if anything, it makes us even more paranoid about it. So just stop trying to convince him, its no use, the only way for him to fix his problem is for him to realize he has a problem on his own, not from people telling him.
  15. Yes, it will be less effective. Try waiting more time between BP and moisturizing, be extremely gentle, and try -patting- it on instead of rubbing it in. also another good option would be to add in some kind of oil, it helps a ton with balling and moisturizer absorption. Good luck!
  16. Shit, i have those. well, i used to, and BP blasted those fuckers to nothing, my skin was all nice and buttery and soft, but then i lowered my BP doseage and only applied it in the morning, and they came back with a vengence. I've started applying shitloads of BP to help speed up the process of -clearing- those little buggers, and so far its helped, but it took two months the first time to completely clear them. so i dunno. Maybe apply a bit more BP there morning and night?
  17. Who the hell washes their hands anymore? and who uses SOAP? At OP: Like brandy said, it doesn't matter, hell, i only used half a pea size amount of my old foaming cleanser, and it worked fine, as long as you get all the -slimy- BP residue off, its all good.
  18. Oh its not like ADD or anything, i'm very much here when i'm typing, but throughout the day i just get tired of paying attention and just kind of doze off or tune everyone out.
  19. My mom breaks out a bit every so often, but i really don't know because i don't look at her skin at all, but she said she never had acne as a kid. My dad didn't have it either, and he NEVER breaks out, not even a pimple, since i was born, which i think is strange as hell. my oldest brother had and still has acne, it went from mild to moderate to severe to back to mild, all that time he only cleansed once or twice because my mom told him so, my middle brother is getting some mild acne lately,
  20. I Don't really feel a -stillness-, its more of a haze over everything and i just stop paying attention most of the time because it takes so much concentration :/But yeah, i don't even bother remembering what year/day/month/time it is anymore, since it goes by so quickly i can't plan for anything, or care to.Its funny, i remember back in 2009, i asked what year it was, thinking it was still 06, and i flip the fuck out, i had to check EVERYTHING to make sure my brother wasn't just fucking with me,
  21. the white translucent layer is the BP I only apply moisturizer at night, and when i get my face wet in the morning, it has no -whiteish- tint, but when i wash my face at night with BP on, it does. And what do you mean by not getting it to absorb? If it leaves a greasy film... well, everyone gets that! especially with BP, just blot it off. If its an actual layer of moisturizer that you can rub off, i'd wait longer between BP, so it can fully absorb, then apply a thin layer of moisturizer, tr
  22. >learn how to cook more spice type of foods with turmeric and curcumin. Bahaha. also is curcumin.... cumin? i've never heard of -curcumin- but i know what cumin is o.O Also... just eat indian food, ALL of their foods have turmeric and cumin in them, i mean shit, curry powder to them is like pasta to italians. (curry powder has lots of turmeric and cumin in it, and most recipes call for even more added in) And curry powder tastes good with pretty much every veggie and meat, just live off o
  23. Same, i just smear it on and let it do its own thing. i hate rubbing BP into my skin, it feels very... unnerving to me.
  24. So... wait, you can apply a fuckload of BP without any adverse side effects? (other than dry and red skin of course)... ...FUCK YES MAN IMMA DO THE DKR MAX AT NIGHT NOW, only on my T-zone of course, because BP seems to help my blackheads a LOT, but only in large quantities. DKR MAX FOR LIFE.
