  1. I've read some good reviews on the Aubrey Organics line of products. Has anyone had any experiences with it? I'm thinking of buying it & trying it but want more info. Thanks.
  2. Have fun on your trip Ramie! Can't wait to hear about your adventures. btw, you're really pretty. Try to not let acne get you down...although I know it's hard. How do you make ghee CHEY? I try to not eat a lot of dairy but I'm curious about this stuff. Also, stress sucks. I'm sick of being stressed out. I notice a direct link to stress and breakouts. I need a vacation myself.
  3. Onions give me stomach discomfort sometimes too. I think it depends what kind they are (white, red, vidalia) and whether or not they're cooked or eaten raw. I need to buy some of the coconut oil off Amazon. i just bought 16 ounces for ten bucks at Fred meyers. I am proud of you for cutting out cheese. That
  6. Hey I'm new to this board but have just read through most of this Candida Killing Diet Thread. I'm a 31 year old male who has had acne since my teens. It's been on and off over the years but I've always had something I didn't want on my face. It's very frustrating as you all know. I've tried many many things. It also doesn't help that I'm a red-head and have sensitive skin! I've always been conscious of the foods I eat but do fall victim to binges here and there. I've been a vegetarian fo
