  1. I can understand your frustration, however I am not understanding how acne is linked to working out. I have been working out (alot) for the last six months and my face still remains clear (been clear for almost 2 rys now). I get a pimple every now and then before my menstual cycle. Perhaps you should just try eating a balanced diet, and not doing the loading of different food groups, it's just a suggestion.   2. Pull-ups are really good if you have the means to do them. However if you're really looking to bulk up, you may need to start lifting 2-3 times a week, and increase your regimen gradually. Also you're gonna want to add squats & lunges so you're also working your lower body.

    makes my pores a little smaller (not much), skin is supper smooth, can use daily, did not break me out. Cause pimple to be flatter none really, the stinging was bad at first, but not so much now.   7. I have been reading posts where alot of people using jojoba oil broke out. I just started using it a couple days ago, but have now stopped because I am so scared it will cause a breakout. it took me a longtime to get my skin clear, and it is now completely clear do to my diet and taking certain vitamins and herbs.   9. I have them too. I got rid if my whiteheads and cystic acne, but I still have these little suckers, espcecially on my cheek area. I'm taking probiotics to see if it helps, I'll keep ya posted

  11. B-5 just caused me to breakout way more than I anticipated, and I have been taking 6 grams a day for close to 2 mths.. However I do like the oil reduction, I wonder if I was to switch to panthenine pills would it also cause the breakout that B-5 did. has anyone experienced an initial breakout with the panthenine pills at all?
  12. You may be on to something b/c I have read articles regarding exfoliating with soft wash clothes and the benefits behind it (have to use a clean one each time). I am going to be giving it a try myself.. I'll keep everyone posted on the results.
  13. I have researched and read that milk thistle and probiotics can play a key role in clearing acne. Has anyone tried or experienced these products, and does it really work? Any feedback would be very helpful
  14. I had mine removed for the same reason, I noticed my acne getting better little by little afterward, it may take a little while b/c of the hormone involved, our body has to re-adjust.

    less oily skin broke me out worst than EVER! After reading all the great reviews about B-5 (especially for oily skin), I went and purchased the twin lab 500mg. I went with this product and stuck with it for close to 2 mths. I didn't mega-dose it because too much of anything is not good for your body. I took 6 grams a day spread through out the day, and you'd think after taking it for the time I did, I'd see SOME or even a SLIGHT improvement, but I didn't, it just made my acne SOOO WORSE. So b
  17. I believe my acne is due to the hormones in my Mirena IUD. I am going to be getting it out, my acne got significantly worse when I had it put in.. I am leery of trying a hormone treatment. Has anyone tried this while being on a hormonal birth control?

  19. I wouldn't ingest that much zinc, it will make you sick.. to much zinc will cause nausea, and zinc is markedly dangerous and toxic if you take 80 mg a day or more. 25 or even 50 mg a day is OK. As zinc and copper interact a large intake of zinc could head to a deficiency contained by copper because the zinc is likely to be rapt preferentially at the expense of the copper. If you take over 50 mg of zinc a day next you may require a copper supplement as well.
  20. OMG! I have had the Mirena in for five years now, and it is time for it to come out, but when I think and date back to when my acne truly became a worse issue, is when that was put in.   21. I don't think putting green tea on your face is harmful. Just out of curiosity, what do you do with it? Do you just put tea bags on your face? Related question... Drinking green tea is supposed to be beneficial. I have been drinking it daily for about two years -- without seeking any health benefits from it. I just like green tea.
