  1. I can understand your frustration, however I am not understanding how acne is linked to working out. I have been working out (alot) for the last six months and my face still remains clear (been clear for almost 2 rys now). I get a pimple every now and then before my menstual cycle. Perhaps you should just try eating a balanced diet, and not doing the loading of different food groups, it's just a suggestion. I workout 5-6 times per week (lifting about 3-4 times and cardio for about 5 days a we
  2. Pull-ups are really good if you have the means to do them. However if you're really looking to bulk up, you may need to start lifting 2-3 times a week, and increase your regimen gradually. Also you're gonna want to add squats & lunges so you're also working your lower body.
  3. May I ask what vitamins, herbs, and diet changes you've made? This is what has kept me clear for a the last 2 yrs almost. I take Organic Apple Cider Vinegar(I use the Braggs Brand), I started out taking 2 teaspoons 3 to 4 times a day, but now as maintance I take 1 to 2 times a day. Vitamin C with rose hips (3000 to 5000 mg per day) but that's because i am a smoker as well. I take Resvitale Collagen Enhancer ( can be bought online or at GNC) I also take acidophilus (1 billion organisms) twice a

Smoother firmer skin. hair & Nail growth. Alot of pills to take Takes a while to see results I bought this item a few weeks ago after reading alot of good reviews online. I am now on my second bottle, and believe that this played a vita role in clearing up my acne. I'd say this is worth the cost. This product is also beneficial in so many other ways as well. I purchased this at GNC. Here is a link to some of the reviews I checked out, but you'll never know until you try it for your
  5. Thank you all for your feedback! I wonder b/c I have oily skin, is the jojoba oil meant for dry skin? I notice that most people using it suffer from dry skin. Has anyone with oily skin used it successfully?

makes my pores a little smaller (not much), skin is supper smooth, can use daily, did not break me out. Cause pimple to be flatter none really, the stinging was bad at first, but not so much now. I have been using this product for 3 days now, I/m using it daily, and it does help with oily skin (I have very oily skin). I am soooo glad there was no initial breakout, it reduced size of pimple on my forehead. I have been cleared up well before this product due to change in diet, and taking my herb
  7. I have been reading posts where alot of people using jojoba oil broke out. I just started using it a couple days ago, but have now stopped because I am so scared it will cause a breakout. it took me a longtime to get my skin clear, and it is now completely clear do to my diet and taking certain vitamins and herbs. I don't wanna use it if it will cause my skin to purge. I hear the skin benefits are amazing, then I hear it will break me out. Please give any feedback anyone. let me know if it
  8. I just started using the soap a few days ago.. I'll let ya know how it works, b/c i am going through a breakout for some reason, I was getting pretty clear (before the soap). Hopefully the soap helps
  9. I have them too. I got rid if my whiteheads and cystic acne, but I still have these little suckers, espcecially on my cheek area. I'm taking probiotics to see if it helps, I'll keep ya posted
  10. Thank you all for your responses. I'll go another avenue.
  11. B-5 just caused me to breakout way more than I anticipated, and I have been taking 6 grams a day for close to 2 mths.. However I do like the oil reduction, I wonder if I was to switch to panthenine pills would it also cause the breakout that B-5 did. has anyone experienced an initial breakout with the panthenine pills at all?
  12. You may be on to something b/c I have read articles regarding exfoliating with soft wash clothes and the benefits behind it (have to use a clean one each time). I am going to be giving it a try myself.. I'll keep everyone posted on the results.
  13. I have researched and read that milk thistle and probiotics can play a key role in clearing acne. Has anyone tried or experienced these products, and does it really work? Any feedback would be very helpful
  14. I had mine removed for the same reason, I noticed my acne getting better little by little afterward, it may take a little while b/c of the hormone involved, our body has to re-adjust.
  15. Don't let anything stop you from living your life. I have struggled with moderate to sever acne myself since the age of 15. You will meet someone that will love you for you, and not how you look. I use to think the same way, and I still have my tribulation periods, but I have learned to be happy with what I have.. Not that I am content b/c I research daily on what I can do to better my skin, however I have learned to not let it hold me back. If someone does not like you for you, or cannot ac
