Please take a look! Need help pleasee.

My skin kind of looks like yours! If you find anything that works, please let me know. You know what I've been trying? Squeezing some lemon into a cold water bottle and drinking it through a straw. It honestly has helped my marks quite a bit. It's brightened my complexion. Sometimes lemon spot treatment on darker spots has been a great for me also, but other times it has no effect. Are you using any kind of scar treatment right now? Anything working? Im using epiduo which has the ingredie

    Is this Severe Acne?

Lemon juice is great for scarring! But I honestly have no idea what effect it may have in combination with bp. Bp never gave me much help. Have you ever tried Sudocrem? I've used it for active acne before and it's sooo super GREAT in speeding them up and keep them away.

    Saunas

Did you wash your face between your workout and your trip to the sauna? Maybe it's the old sweat sinking in to clog your pores? OR Perhaps it is a purging effect stated as above.

    Is this Severe Acne?

I think I've been told that having more than 6-7 active blemishes is considered "severe". Of course there are different degrees of severity that people suffer from. It might be a type of severe chin acne. Could be hormonal. Do you use an acne/spot treatment? Have you been to a derm?

    Tanning for hyper pigmentation

That actually sounds like a great idea - to put sunscreen on just the dark sports. Actually I think putting sunblock on the marks and sunscreen everywhere else would be better. That way the skin would get a healthy tone without worrying about the dark mark getting worse in the sun. I'm going to do that. If you find success with this tanning method please come back and let us know. I've been thinking about trying that for a while also. You might want to do it yourself if you don't

    advice for awful scarring?

If I can be completely honest with you, I would STRONGLY advise against you going on accutane. Accutane causes the skin to become ultra sensitive and in a word "fragile". EVERY SINGLE MARK that you get while on it turns into HORRIBLE scarring. I'm talking purple marks, rolling scars, deep indentations. Accutane is for "seriously" out of control acne it is not a scar treatment nor will it bring any benefits to it if that is what you are in search of. Definitely what you need to have done is a che
  10. Try lavender oil!!! It helps with inflamation and with old scars. I have tried aloe vera, but it isn't as effective as lavender oil. Aloe vera helps with inflamation after several appplications and a little bit with old scars, but you can really feel the difference right away after one application of lavender oil. Hope this helps! When you apply the aloe vera gel did it make your face turn red? I recently decided to try it and that had happened to me. So I'm wondering if I might
  11. I completely agree! At that moment I just wanted "The Magic Cure Accutane" but that is not what it was! I went through one course and it replaced my blemishes with painful cystic acne. The derm wanted me to do another round and after my face getting extremely dull looking, scarred up, and the pain from the cystic markings, I said NO. &Decided to do some real HARD fact research to find the right products for me. I did and I have had great success with these few methods. I wish I could tell ev

why has god done this to me :'(

Hi, I am very sorry for your predicament. I defintely feel your pain having suffered from acne in the past. I would like to recommend something to you that helped me a great deal! If your skin is light to medium complected I would recommend you try it. It's called Sudocrem they don't sell it in the U.S. but you can buy it really really cheap on Ebay for like 7-8 bucks. It is such a life saver! It was originally produced for the healing of scrapes and diaper rash (lol) but it is sooo great in cle
  13. I wish you luck!! I found success in cutting out/extremely limiting diary. Except maybe having some ice cream every so often, which I have found to have no adverse effects on me. BUT I think you should definitely shoot for longer than a week to see results. Ideally three weeks to a month would be PERFECT to know for sure and to see real results. A week may not do much as far as finding a proper conclusion in the way your skin reacts. IF you find it nearly impossible to cut it completely,

Honestly your skin doesn't look bad at all! I wouldn't worry too much about it, as women we don't scan a guys skin texture as we do with other girls. lol. Well first of all you should research any make up product that you are interested in using because in some cases cosmetics may make skin worse. 1.) As for the Clinique product looking flaky you could try putting a very tiny smidge of moisturizer mixed with water on the spots that have displayed dryness prior. (This makes the moisturizer le
  15. Hi! From your photo it appears to be very minor, try not to worry so much! Stress can worsen acne so try to embrace any happiness you gain. Anywho I would say it is definitely possible that it's a cosmetic allergy as the user above listed. Have you tried skipping a few days of wearing make up to see if it helps any? Also you may benefit from a facial steaming. Try doing it and if it helps any you can continue doing so once a week. I think it might help. Good luck. <3
