  3. That doesnt really help as i have figured out what leads to my acne. I can't eat any fruits other than strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries. Here is my diet just to prove that it is on par:
  4. I have gotten my face to a point where i am pretty happy. Except i only have a few little problems. I always get acne on my forehead, above my eyebrows as you will see in the picture, like every week. It'll go away, and another one will just pop up in replace but they just stay there. How can i get rid of this? *the pictures are attached* I am currently just starting the H&S Classic Clean for face wash after testing it on my body. I also apply Dalacin-T in the morning and night. Th
  5. Hey thanks again. So how would i fit this into my routine right now? When would i use the Dans AHA+ and the BP 2.5% gel? Because currently i use the Dalacin-T morning and night.
  6. Wow awesome thank you so much! I was just curious i read your sig, and your basically saying use Head and Shoulders Classic Clean Shampoo on my face? Also i read the: What is AHA? and what do i buy that contains this Glycolic Acid or Mandelic Acid? :S For BP should i just buy the liquid and use a paper towel to dab it onto my skin? Thanks again
  7. Quick question. Should i be applying the Dalacin-T twice a day? Or should i be using a cleanser or some sort of exfoliator or w/e at nighttime to help reduce scars and make my skin look better. Right now i use Dalacin-T in the morning, and at night. Thanks in advance
  8. Alright so i ended up being away from home for a few days, and here is what i've done. I stopped applying the Retin-A micro last week. I stopped using baking soda several days ago. I started drinking 1 - 2 cups a day of apple cider vinegar water (morning and night) So far my skin is looking way better. I plan on keeping this up. I have kept my diet the same.
  9. I can't cut out the whole wheat bread. Its not that much in reality, and if i did cut it out i would be suffering from a lack of carbs cause every other source i can't have. So i did give up the Retin-a, and the protein powder. SO lets see how this goes. One thing that won't help my skin was the beer on Sunday. But i only drink once every few months, nothing much so im okay with the random few pimples that'll go away within the next few days.
  10. Hey man i stopped the Retin-a 2 days ago like suggested. Won't know for sure how the results come out for atleast a week. The baking soda i'll reduce the amount i use, but wont stop because its originally what got me to having almost clear skin. I was kinda bad a month ago for no apparent reason during the Christmas holidays, and started baking soda and it went away. I never had a breakout like that before. I actually don't find this protein powder to affect my skin. that's why i buy this one.
  11. Sure thing. Regular day will consist of: Breakfast: 4 Large Eggs 4 Slices of Whole Wheat Bread 500mL of water Meal 2: 2 Sandwhiches (4 slices whole wheat bread) Either (now it varies depending on what i want to eat) - 2 Cans of Salmon, 2 Cans of Tuna, or 4 eggs made into omelettes Meal 3: 1 ish cup of blueberries 1-2 cups of strawberries Meal 4: Container of beef stew ( sometimes ill make brown rice with it, but not usually if im taking it to school) Meal 5: Wild Salmon Fillet (i season it and
  12. Would the retin-a be too strong for me? I remember doing some research about it last month and i heard it could be the reason i still have acne because of the ingredients. If i stop it at night, what should i replace with it?
  13. This is really getting on my nerves. About to turn 18, and i still have very mild-moderate acne. Like some weeks it'll be very clear, then randomly ill get a few pimples around my face that go away after several days. Its small breakouts, but it doesnt make any sense!! My diet is in order, like spot on. If you'd like the list of everything i do not eat because of reactions to acne i found over the years, i can give you that if requested. I am currently using: Dalacin-T (in the morning)
  14. Hey thanks for the replies! I can't find either of those at my local Shoppers or Pharmacy.. Any other suggestions?
  15. Hi i have been using Cliniderm for the last few months, and i have never really liked it. It seems to bother me after i put it on, and does not actually moisturize my face all that well. I am looking for something new now. I live in Canada so if that helps with your recommendations. Reading around i have seen Cetaphil is quite popular. However after reading a bunch of reviews i heard it leaves your skin looking greasy. Would like to know what else there is that is good for acne?
