you think darkness is your ally !
I figured it out too late. You gotta learn to hide the anger. Practice smiling in the mirror. It's like putting on a mask.

  1. sound good , it's look like cellulaze ( used for cellulite ) but it's use laser rather than RF , there is also machine from deka that's combine fractionlal co2 laser with RF [Edited link out]
  2. your face is extremely fine , i think you are dealing with BDD or may be another disorder
  3. Actually this is my second long term plan , i wish i can do it now , go to airport , get ticket and take the steps toward my redemption, but it's all on this little crazy monkey " money " !!
  4. Boxcar scars , look for subcision first , and then decide your next steps from this point .
  5. i think " vertical needling" is better than " horizontal needling" and more controllable , you can go over each scar individually achieving better break for scar tissue rather than going over entire area ,although this is good but you miss the main goal . Derma roller is hard to control " need more pressure to penetrate skin " , i think that one of the reasons that people can't get results from needling !
  6. some rounds of microneedling ( not derma roller) and " work toward improving your skin tone !! " , although IMO your skin looks really good , stay away from laser now , it's should be your final resort .
  7. No!! , and it's may be aggravate the healing of new scars ( contact dermatitis ) , it's just has moisturizing effect . http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/10417589
  8. keep it moist using vaseline or aquaphor and then switch to regular type moisturizer and mild cleanser , it's look superficial and i think it's will heal good
  9. " rolling scars" , subcision always deliver good results in this type of scars and if there is so much volume loss , filler can added to add supportive lift
  10. Although pictures don't capture scars clearly , my advice " leave your skin alone " or just do tca cross and microneedling for ice pick scars
  11. keep in mind , you may needs multiple sessions
  12. boxcar scars , that's should be your first step http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3996784/
