  1. thanks for the reply! i've only been using it once a day at night so maybe i'll reduce it to 3x a week and if that doesn't help then I'm done. My skin feels soft but I wouldn't call it amazing. I actually didnt notice a difference after the first use, except the new tiny little pimples I woke up to
  2. Has anyone experienced a purging process with this?? I've been using it for about 4 days now and from the night I started using it I've gotten tiny bumps all over my cheeks and chin everyday. Its the only new thing I've added to my regimen
  3. Hey guys so I've been on the acne.org regimen for a year and 3 months and I was consistently clear up until about two months ago. I started breaking out in tiny bumps on my cheeks so I figured I would buy the olay pro x brush. A day after I started using it I noticed some new bumps on my chin and its now my 5th day of using it and I have tiny pimples all over my cheeks and chin. Could the brush have caused this or is it just purging? I don't feel like it irritates my skin but its the only new
  4. just be consistent with it even when you're feeling lazy. never skip a day. and don't touch your face or rest your hands against it
  5. thanks for all the replies...i think i'm going to try to cut down on the BP and do some kind of exfoliation once a week and see what happens. i'll also look in to the ceraVe cream
  6. I've been on the acne.org regimen for 9 months. I am consistently and completely clear but my skin is also dry and has dry patches that are darker than my skin tone, so it looks like hyperpigmentation. I've also been using jojoba oil since I started the regimen and although it is great for removing makeup, it doesn't have any long term effects on my flakes. I also tried AHA for about two weeks, and all it did was burn my skin and make the dryness worse. So should i stay on the regimen because I
  7. i've been on the regimen since may and i was using the AHA every other night so i don't think it was too early to start but i've stopped using the AHA and started using more BP (i had reduced the amount to a pump) and i'm less flaky than i was before. i would actually say my skin is only a little dry...weird.
  8. I recently started using AHA and have found that it is making my already dry skin even dryer! Instead of getting rid of flakes it's making me flake in areas that weren't as dry. Is this just something that happens with initial use? Or should i just stop using it altogether?
  9. Hey so I used AHA for the first time last night and I was wondering if it would be ok to use it on my dark under eye circles. A lot of people has said that AHA helps with hyper pigmentation but is it too strong for the delicate under eye area? Thanks!
  10. I'm thinking of buying Dan's AHA but i was wondering how often i should apply it...twice a day? once a day? a couple times a week?
  11. every time i try to use more BP on my nose then i usually do, it makes my nose soo flaky for weeks that even jojoba oil can't help. I've tried the AHA lotion with the recommended instructions but it just made my face extremely dry and tight. its just frustrating that whiteheads are holding my skin back from being "perfect"
  12. You can find it at duane reade...i've used it in the past though and the result was a big pimple on my cheek by the end of the day everytime i tried it
  13. I've been on the regimen for about 4 months and i'm completely and consistently clear except for the whiteheads all over my nose that i've had for YEARS. will the regimen ever make them go away?? or is it just ineffective when it comes to whiteheads?
