  1. Right, glad to hear it's not abnormal. I'm thinking it has to do with abrasion- thinking about Dan's theory about trying to limit contact with your skin. I'm wondering if there's a certain thread count that would work? Through some googling I found an "acne pillowcase" that is supposed to be ideal, but there's no real evidence to support that other than the manufacturer's claim.
  2. Neither! Maybe I'm wrong about the pillowcase and it's something else? I'm just curious if anyone else has experienced this or heard of it.
  3. Hey folks, I've been dealing with acne since I was young, and have it mostly under control thanks to BP and a bluelight. However, I keep getting acne on the sides of my face in spots that line up perfectly with the contours of where my skin touches my pillow. Another way to describe it would be to imagine my face as a cube, and the acne happening on the edges of the cube. Here's a highly detailed MS Paint recreaction of my face.
