  1. I went right into the AHA. I covered my face the first night and have been doing it ever since. It worked for me, but it wasn't recommended to do that on this site. It was sort of just a feeling I had. The AHA stings at first, and this might sound weird, but I love the feeling of it. Maybe I was being ignorant but I could not find any list or proven regimen on this site of vitamins to take. I was really confused about all the vitamins and then saw this pill which had all of them, so I star
  2. It hasn't been ONLY the regimen, but after a little over two months I can finally say the DKR regimen is working for me. Been pretty much completely clear aside from a minor breakout a few days ago after a night of drinking + skipping the regimen. My acne got way worse for the first three weeks or so of the regimen but I'm pretty much clear now, knock on wood. Here is what I have been doing and I attribute my success to all three aspects equally. Dan's Regimen + AHA - Was on regimen
  3. 13 days in and my skin is looking fucking amazing. Been taking one in the morning and one at night. I think it's working. Pretty much clear right now (knock on wood)
  4. Never filled my prescription and stuck with it. I think I may be close to being clear, knock on wood.
  5. Yeah, I'm two days in to it and will update how it works in a week or two.

  7. Went to the dermatologist today. Scheduled appointment about two weeks ago when my skin was at it's worst ever. My skin has gotten a lot better since then but I still have acne. Today might be my clearest day since starting the regimen, though. The dermatologist prescribed me 100 mg of Doryx to be taken at night. Can I start doing this while continuing the regimen? I don't want to stop the regimen cause I might be improving.
  8. I'd like to bump - I am a month and a half into the regimen. Last few weeks have had AWFUL acne (i'm usually pretty moderate, like, plenty of whiteheads and stuff around but manageable), but it's finally started to clear up these last few days. Doctor prescribed my doryx which is doxycycline. Is it ok to continue doing the regimen and take those pills?
  9. I'm 17, have tried everything from Proactiv to the Acne.org regimen and everything in between. Nothing works. My acne isn't THAT bad on most days but there always are 10+ whiteheads/red marks etc. around on my face. I can't take it anymore. Do I have a chance at getting better from whatever the dermatologist will prescribe me?
  10. Hi guys, I'm new I have this disgusting red bump on my nose. Earlier today it was huge, so i poked a hole in it and squeezed puss and blood out of it. I know this is probably not a good thing to do but I just couldn't help it. This is what it looks like now: It's not horrible anymore, but it's still really noticeable and obviously I'd rather not have it. So, my questions are: What is this? It's not a normal pimple, what do I call it? and What's the best medication for it? Right no
