    Gotu Kola

    I have to agree that Gotu Kola seems to do something for the skin. I started it a couple of weeks ago to help wean off caffeine. While researching the herb I saw many references to collagen benefits, but I figured that was just a bonus if it worked. I've noticed that my pitted scars look better. Strange that it would work so quickly... I had been trying Vitamin C and MSM to help with collagen, but they didn't seem to help much.     Red marks after acne

  3. I was just at my local health food store and found an interesting product - Crystal Star Scar Reducer Skin Gel. I've got my acne under control and now am just dealing with red marks. I know Crystal Star has an excellent reputation. It was only $12 so I couldn't resist. Anyone tried it?     Vitamin D... I'm finally clear!!

    This is my first post on the site, but I've been reading for years. I am finally clearing up and attribute it to Vitamin D3.
