  1. I've been on the regimen for about 3 years I'd say, it works pretty great. BUT I'm 20 years old and I'm wondering when I'll be able to stop using the regimen. also, doesn't everyone break out right after they stop? So how do I know if the acne I get when I stop using the regimen is just an initial outbreak, or a sign that I actually need to keep using the regimen. am i developing a severe dependency on BP??? I've had acne since I was 13 or so, it is almost completely under control with the r

  3. Hi, I've been using acne.org BP for two years now about, and it tends to work well. I don't strictly follow the regimen because I'm too lazy (i.e I don't use moisturizer or cleanser, and I try to apply BP twice a day but I end up missing applications sometimes) but I'm generally happy with the results. BP makes my acne manageable. However, I do notice that when I miss a few applications in a row, I break out pretty badly. I haven't gone more than a day or two without applying in a long time, and

I've been washing with dish washer detergent, tried vitamin c once, baking soda a few times, PLEASE HELP!!! I would just cut it all off, but it's dyed down to the roots. It's only the front. It looks so weird and i don't know how to explain it to my friends lol...

  9. There's something to be said for easing in to the regimen. If you want to start now with less BP to get your skin ready I would. The earlier you start the earlier it starts working.
  10. In the exact same boat as you. I take massive doses of vitamin D and it helps a lot. I think it has something to do with your skin being USED to the sunlight and then suffering from withdrawal or something. Another thing that I have found is that sleep helps immensely with the healing process and during the winter (ie the school year) it's much more difficult to get the proper amounts of sleep.
  11. I have this huge cyst on my forehead. I don't know what to do about it. It doesn't REALLY bother me, per se, because my skin is good right now (no other acne) but I know that if i were to break out it would be annoying. Mostly, it's just awe inspiringly huge. and very firm, like i can feel where it stops and starts and theres a very clear "mass" under the skin. it doesn't really hurt, but sometimes if i touch it it gets sore and gives me a head ache. i can't stress enough that it's huge. besides
