seems like it works pretty good....i had a big one and it healed it in two days.....stopped it from getting infected, reduced redness.....it's barley noticeable, and has already mostly faded -
I have been around these rooms for a long time, since way back in the day when the regimen and web-site first came out. I was using it for quite some time, skin problems were all i could think about. The constant crisis and ever-lasting bad skin phase-what a hard time it was. Obsessing over your complextion is a terrible thing, looking in the mirror every day is heart-breaking. I know what it feels liek to have bad skin. However, the tables have turned for me, the sun came up, and my skin h

If BP GEL isnt working try the other one TRUST ME
Prufrock replied to hi everyone's topic in The Acne.org Regimen
I find the cream absorbs better for me. I have perfectly clear skin and have tried both gel and lotion. The gel is also sticky and gross, it feels funny. -
can I use a tanner while still on the regimen
Prufrock replied to jabber's topic in The Acne.org Regimen
yeah that spray shit made me breakout. -
aloe vera gel is useless use a moisturizer with Alpha Hydroxy Acid in it AHA for short. I find it finishes the skin a lot better, aloe vera gel dries out my skin and I find it itchy, which leads to flakiness and dry, irratated skin, which leads to clogged pores, which leads to breakouts.

I'm 21 years old. I have suffered from acne since I was 15. I noticed however that over the years it got less severe, and that the pimples that did form were smaller and healed faster. My skin is also less oily today then it was when i was in the midst of puberty. I guess what I'm trying to say is that a lot of people grow out of acne, and if your 17 and worried that it's never going to stop then your probably wrong. I still get the odd pimple and I still sometimes use the BP lotion at nigh

Well, I think my skin has healed from it, my back got burned real bad though. So bad that when it started to peel I went into hysterics because it itched so terribly. The only thing that helped ease the itch was a hot shower. I ended up going into the wrong bed (a super bed) so thats probably why I got burned so badly, my face didnt really get burned or anything, so I think I'll be okay, once the burn went away I had a nice tan though, but I dont think it was really worth it. I did use a tan

Hey, I just have a quick question concerning the effects of tanning in a bed. I have gone once (about 3 weeks ago) and I have not suffered any acne because of it, so I assume that it wont cause me to break out, keep in mind that I haven't had a breakout in about 3 monthes, and I just use BP at night, and moisturize in the morning. I'm 19 now and I think that I'm growing out of it, more or less. Any quick replies pondering the damaging effects of tanning beds would be greatly appreciated.
