day 127 i am still not %100 clear, but i am getting there! slowly, but surely! right now i have one zit that won't go away. i picked at it last week, but it didn't pop, and just left a big, nasty scab. make sure that you are moisturizing at least every morning and night, and i recommend taking vitamin e every day. i think that the vitamin e is what saved me from my skin getting overly dry, and you will probably notice results within a few days. and moisturize, moisturize, moisturize! good luck! peace

i was just reading your post about how you started breaking out from the orthotricycline. it did the same thing to me! and after i decided to stop because i thought that it might be the problem, my acne got even worse. i think that it may have screwed us up! what bc pill are you taking, if any? i know that we are supposed to take birth control while on accutane, but since i had such a bad reaction to it, i decided not to take it. i just don't have sex, and once i'm off of accutane, i w

although i haven't had this problem, when i first started taking accutane i asked this question as well. a few people responded that they did experience dryness...everywhere. maybe once your body gets used to the meds, the side effects won't be so bad. and if you're not already, take vitamin e every day to prevent drying and redness. this may help your problem, and you will probably notice a difference within a week or so.
