  1. Neutrogena Skin Clearing Makeup is the shiz. It has been the only makeup that hasn't made me break out like all the others while giving me a close to flawless complexion without feeling like I'm wearing a mask. Hope that helps. P.S. Love you, Hunny Bunny
  2. That's great, Alex! I'm glad something has finally worked for you the way it has.
  3. Hi, I'm a new user of Hibiclens. In fact, I just used it for the first time today. This might sound like a stupid question, but I just wanted to know if you could possibly bathe in Hibiclens. Like, fill your bathtub full of warm water and then pour some of the Hibiclens into it, and just sit in it for 15 minutes. Would it be safe to do something like that? Would it be as effective? By the way, I know you're not supposed to get in in your eyes, ears, or mouth.
  4. Hope you're having a great day, if not, dare to Smile and something good will surely come you way!

    1. Since you have mild acne, I would actually recommend stopping the Minocycline and just use a topical, like plain 2.5% benzoyl peroxide cream or gel, or Retin-A. I don't mean to scare you, because in no way does this happen to everyone, but there is a chance that your acne could come back worse once you come off or become immune to the Mino. If you want me to explain, just PM me. And yes, antibiotics are only temporary solutions.
    2. Monkey, I'm sorry. I know that's sounds rather cheap, but frankly that's all I have learned to say to people who are feeling the same way as you do, including myself. I wish I could make all your problems go away, but I can't. I wish I could make all my problems vanish, but it's not possible to just make them go away like that. It's going to take time, and it's going to take effort. If kids stare, stare back. If people ask what's with your face, just be honest and frank. Tell them you're doing
    3. Wow, I have to say your avatar picture really matches your attitude...They were just having fun. I think people on these forums at least deserve that much for all the crap that we're going through. Everyone, new rules are to be set on this forum: No laughing, having fun, or talking about things that make us happy. If there are any signs of comic relief, you will be axed from these forums...forever. DUN DUN DUN!
    4. I agree with acnevsme. Obviously he loves and doesn't care that much about your acne. However, I completely understand what you're feeling. Seriously. I always want to push away the people who care about me and who couldn't care less about my terrible skin. Please don't push way your boyfriend. I know it might be hard, but just try to let him touch your face, because you may realize you're making a bigger deal out of it than it really is. I also feel bad for your guy. You're a pretty girl, Bek
    5. Well, then maybe it wins. My dream would be to move to an acne town. No judegment, no pain, no problem.
    6. I cried multiple times yesterday. I used to allow my parents to see it every once in a while, and my friends as well. Now I just keep it all inside, which hurts emotionally and physically. Bottled up emotions for me equals extreme chest pains. Ouch.
    7. I second that. Wellbutrin is definitely one of the best options you could go with. Well, at least in my opinion. So far, it has been the only antidepressant that hasn't made me break out.
    8. That's sounds quite like something I would have said myself. You took the words right out of my mouth.
    9. You know things have gone to absolute shit when: You spend all your birthday money you got from your grandpa on acne medication. Six months ago it would have been on an iPod Nano. So much for that.
    10. the truth is thay actually some of these celebreties have been in tough times....we really cant judge them alot of them were really poor when litle and thats why they are proud of being succes because it took alot to be what they are...many celebrities commit suecide because of depression ..take for instance chris banwo...he was a proffesional wresterl who killed his wife and his children and than himself out of depression....so we dont know until we step in their shoes Yeah, I guess you'r
    11. Antidepressants do best when a chemical imbalance in the brain is present. However, if there's an actual reason you're depressed (i.e. acne, parents died in car crash, bullying, etc.), they aren't going to have as much of an effect. I'm not saying they won't help, because they do have a calming method (can't remember how this works), but like I said, they're not going to make all your problems go away. Unfortunately, we have to be the ones to do so. My two cents: I was on Lexapro, but I stopp
