  1. I walk around a mile a day, get 7-8 hours sleep a night and wash my face with tea tree and witch hazel foaming face wash twice a day.
  2. I've been on the paleo diet for around 6 months now after having severe acne on my chin. At first I didn't notice much difference til I cut out fruit not that long ago and things started improving quite well. However now things are just getting worse again.. I think it may be after a meal with wholegrain basmati rice but that was atleast 3 weeks ago.. My diet consists of: breakfast- 2or3 boiled eggs, handful of nuts containing brazil
  3. Hey there! I was in the same position as you not too long ago with bad acne on my face despite trying countless products including Dans Regimen. None of these worked for me, infact most made my acne worse and i started to become allergic to alot of the products, they would give me severe burns and rashes on my skin. I decided it was time to change my diet instead and see if that would work. I wasn't really optimistic about it as i knew many people who ate crap and junk food 24/7 with perfectly
  4. Thanks for the replies guys. I'll look into the cetaphil then and cut back to twice daily, also i havnt really considered altering my diet as i consider it relatively healthy anyway but are there any suggestions? Thanks.
  5. Well i started the regimen nearly a week ago after feeling down and self-concious about my chin acne. I've had it for roughly a year or so now and would describe it as mild, i know theres people out there with severe cases and i really feel for them but i would describe myself as a lively, outgoing person and the spots on my chin were making me concious and i would usually try avoid eye contact becoming withdrawn so much so to the point where many people were commenting on it.
