  1. I've read some posts on here about supplementing with 2 teaspoons of MSM Powder plus 10 grams of Vitamin C per day to help redmarks, so I decided to give it a shot. I'm currently using Accutane, and I lift weights, therefore the MSM powder is good for my joints anyway. I just wanted to let everyone know that in one week I have SERIOUSLY noticed my redmarks fading. It's such a great feeling, let me tell you. Even some of the older, more stubborn marks seem to be looking better. If anyone has
  2. I've been taking 60mg a day of accutane for 2 weeks now, and about 2 or three days ago, i noticed my eyes feeling very sensitive and I have some trouble adjusting to light changes.. I feel like I need to blink a lot, and feel somewhat out of focus at times. I've also had a headache off and on and a slight pain in my eyes when I roll them around. To make things worse, I work on a computer for 10 hours a day, and it's been really straining my vision horribly.. I didn't really notice this before.
  3. I'm on my 11th day of Accutane now.. haven't noticed any side effects at all.. lips are SLIGHTLY chapped.. that's about it. Anyway, I always hear about an initial breakout and I was wondering if some people don't experience one? Because my skin actually looks quite a bit better already! I am pretty suprised. My pores even seem a little bit smaller and my skin's slightly less oily. I am also taking the antibiotic Septra because that is supposed to counteract the initial breakout, so that mig

  5. I'm about to start Accutane, and I was wondering how many people out there lift weights and take, or have taken accutane while doing so... I workout regularly and one of the side effects that I'm concerned about is the muscle/joint pain. How many people actually experience this? Should I lift lighter weight than usual and do higher reps in the meantime, so I don't strain the muscles as much? Just curious. Any tips or feedback would be appreciated. Thanks. -Danny
  6. Hey people. I haven't posted on here in a while. I hope everyone's doing well and finding success in clearing up... As for me, I've been doing fairly well since having started B5 several months ago, and I'm about ready to try to start gradually decreasing my dosage into a maintenance amount. Although I am thinking about trying to do a maintenance program with 900 to 1200 mgs of Pantethine per day, rather than 2 to 4 grams of B5, which seems to be an average for most people from what I've bee
  7. There's many people with active lifestyles that would probably prefer to take showers more often than every two days. I know at least once a day is good for me, and my skin's clear.
