    As a female who has these the best thing to do is EXFOLIATE. I'm currently using MARY KAY products and DAMN they work so well. They're AMAZING there is a simple FACE WASH and a MICRODERAMABRASION SET plus a CLEAR OVER NIGHT GEL and TONER and all of these products have HELPED DRAMATICALLY. As someone who has literally tried every product in the acne isle at Walmart plus medications and treatments from the doctors. I'm saying that my green smoothie and these Mary Kay Products have done more for me

    I hope this image helps some of you. Its sad for me but posting these images helped me over come talking about my acne and it helped me de-stress over people seeing my skin, that in turn helped my skin to not break out as much... Please try this it helps try opening yourself up to the rest of us.

    Hey sweetheart. I'm glad your trying the smoothies. I wanted to let you know that I have a new way of getting rid of acne and its amazing I'm going to post it today so read up cause I can't send everyone the info individually....

    For the most part its not picking and using a moisturizer every night plus a scrub and a mask with vitamins

    Hey dude just try the smoothie and I've been cutting lemon slices and rubbing them on my face after washing with a scrub it stings but I wake up with fewer bumps. Sometimes I put on moisturizer after the lemon and sometimes I don't hope that helps I'll try to get on more often if you have anymore concerns.

    Have you gone and kicked you doctors butt? Its a long journey and if your going to take it you need to be better prepared. If you get birth control and other topical treatments and maybe some antibiotics I think that would be a good route to take. Your acne is aggressive you should be too. GOOD LUCK sweetie.
