  1. If masturbation and increased testosterone levels are bad for acne, would weight lifting be bad also? My testosterone level had DEFINITELY gone up in the past year and a half of lifting. I've put on almost 40 lbs of muscle but my acne is still pretty bad.

The white coating went away just as slowly as the acne did.....took like over 3 months, and it's still there slightly, though MUCH less thick (I can tell because I use a tongue scraper nightly ).   5. so you're saying that 100% sobriety, 22 day juice fast, my radical diet changes, exercising 3 times a week, and specific supplement regime had nothing to do with my getting clear? i hope you're kidding.   6. Another little update: Red marks are continuing to fade nicely, although very slowly. I've had a few more small breakouts but they heal very quickly now.   8. when i was strictly on the diet i would have a chicken breast like every day or other day. now i have chicken once every 2-3 days. I try to eat a high protein meal after I workout (usually sauteed chicken, scrambled eggs, or celery and PB) i eat a lot of scrambled eggs, chicken, vegetables (sauteed zucchini, cucumbers, celery, etc.), nuts (except peanuts), seeds, nut butters. i dont care if I have eggs (considered a "breakfast food") for dinner, whatever. i should probably try to eat more v
  9. I recently started lifting weights and I don't consume dairy either. heres what I use...both of these are extremely high quality products and the mixture tastes great.   12. By the way, I've been eating some brown rice crackers with my hummus now, and I just had my first apple a few days ago! No breakouts. And today I ate at Q'doba (No cheese or sour cream though). Just goes to show that this diet doesn't have to be forever. I was on it STRICTLY for a little over 3 months, now I'm reintroducing carbs and sugar, SLOWLY. I will never eat junk again, I enjoy being healthy, but it feels good to eat fruit and stuff again. By the way, that first apple tasted better
  13. Why is your meat dry? The chicken I get is always super juicy and delicious when I sautee it. Then again its completely organic. Im tellin you, sautee some zucchini with sea salt, garlic, and oregano, ITS AMAZING. Use nuts and seeds for snacks, try celery and peanut/almond butter as well. Hummus is good dip for veggies. Sautee some fish. As long as you can do most of your cooking the diet shouldn't be so bland. Where do you buy zucchini? What is that anyways? lol also, where can
