  1. OK, I know this has been discussed already, but it is really concerning me now. I've used Dan's BP since it was first released back in about 2003. This is the first time I have had problems with it stinging my eyes. It is bad enough that I have to close them as much as possible whilst I apply it, and I don't think it is due to the batch being so "fresh", as has been suggested, as this bottle has been open about 6 weeks or more now. I am now worrying that it could be damaging my eyes, because i
  2. I'm still getting terrible eye burn from the BP I'm a bit worried if it is harming my eyes!
  3. This is happening to me too. I've been on the regimen since 2002, and this is the first time it has ever happened. Quite concerned what I am putting on my face now, if it is causing my eyes to sting so badly. My batch is 1074. Also not particularly impressed that I have received 8 Oz pumps when I specifically ordered (and paid more for) tubes. I know you say these pumps have been redesigned to not get damaged in transit - but guess what? The first one I use, as soon as I pump it, it all starts
  4. I've been using Dan's BP for almost 10 years, and will most likely be using it for the foreseeable future. I love it, and would not use any other BP. However, one thing I don't love is the cost of having it shipped over to the UK. I sometimes incur an additional customs and duties tax as well, which can really start to make it expensive. Obviously the length of time it takes to be delivered is far from ideal either. There seems to be a large demand for it here in the UK, and I wonder if there
  5. Thanks for the help. I will try some jojoba oil I think. I just don't have much success with moisturiser. It seems to make my skin produce more oil, plus I reckon if I moisturise at night, my face looks drier in the morning than if I don't! I guess I need to find the right moisturiser. Like I say, I'm pretty sure these lines are permanent now. It's shame as I have quite harsh nose-to-lip lines that I think detract from my looks a lot. But hey, I guess there are worse things in life than lines
  6. I've been doing it 9 years now! It is a pain in the butt to be honest, but I am just grateful I have a way to be acne free. It has aged my face though
  7. I was wondering if it would be ok to simply rub the BP in very lightly for like 30 seconds or so, and then just wait for it to be absorbed by the skin naturally? This would save both time and reduce irritation from the process of rubbing.
  8. To be honest I think these lines are pretty permanent now. They are not deep, but they are proper lines, and my skin creases at them when I smile. They would, have course, of formed to some degree by now anyway. I am just about to be 30 so I can't expect to have no lines. I still think I have made them much worse though, and am now quite angry at myself for not moisturising like I was supposed to.
  9. Thanks for the reply. Yes I'm ashamed to say I have been applying BP at night without moisturiser I concluded I didn't really need it, because the regimen was working fine, and my skin never looked dry. Plus it saved a considerable amount of time. However, now I am feeling stupid because I have always used a huge amountl of BP at night, because I only apply once a day, and I see how bad that was without any moisturiser. My laziness might cost me early ageing You are right, I need to start u
  10. If I were you I'd leave that one. Accept it and just let it run its course.
  11. Strange, it never made my acne worse. I can't understand why it would either.
  12. Hi, I have been using Dan's regimen since 2002, every day. It is very effective, and keeps me about 95% acne free, and I only have to do the regimen once a day (at night). Since about 2005 I have noticed lines developing around my mouth (smile lines) and under my eyes (crow's feet). I also have a "crease" around one of my eyes. Now, I am know these lines develop with age anyway. However, my lines seem considerably worse than any of my friends who are the same age (late 20's). I am pretty cer
  13. At the beginning of this year I took Accutane to try and clear my acne. It is mild but persistent, and after 8 years of the regiment I was beginning to dread never being clear of acne (I am almost 30 now). I only took Accutane for 10 days, as I started to have some depression and memory issues, and I got scared what it was doing to me. Whilst on the drug, I was also taking Finasteride (Propecia) for hairloss, although I quit that 1 month after Accutane. I had taken Propecia for a total of 7 mon
  14. Strange, I can't see it on their website. Did you find it in-store?
