  1. Thanks Brandy... I am definitely using enough BP. I don't use it on my entire face (since the upper half of my face is always completely clear) and I still use nearly an entire finger length. It takes forever to absorb but I want to make sure that I am being thorough. I checked the Canada Regimen Supplies board but so far I haven't seen any products that contain an SPF and don't have avobenzone in them... So it looks like I'm stuck either ordering Dan's moisturizer or trying something else a
  2. Yes I have. I was hoping for some advice from anyone else who may have struggled with the same thing. I've been making use of all the other resources available on this site - Just wanted to real, human feedback. Thanks. I think you might be right. I've never heard of Cerave though. Is this available in Canada? My problem seems to be that I can't find any recommended moisturizer that doesn't have avobenzone in it at Shoppers Drugmart. Preferably I'd like to not break the bank on moistu
  3. I typically mix jojoba in with my moisturizer every morning and night. Should I do this with the AHA as moisturizer or not?
  4. Well as my title says I've been doing the regimen for 3 months, exactly as stated on the site, and I am still not clear. My acne has improved quite a bit but I still have about 5 or 6 actives on my face at all times, and I've just got my first cystic ever. Very, very painful. All of my acne is located on my chin, cheeks and jawline. I just ordered the AHA+ to see if this would help. Is there any reason the regimen might not clear my skin up? I really am following the instructions to a T and ha
  5. I'm currently using the Olay Complete with SPF 15 + Jojoba Oil (a few drops) and I find it leaves my skin looking white and still very flaky. I'm definitely not 100% satisfied. I just started using BP so my dryness and flakiness is at an all-time high, so I plan to continue using it until this subsides to see how well it works on "normal" skin. Anyway I just wanted to let you know about my own experiences with it. My face is definitely white and filmy looking, all the time. Doesn't soak in and
  6. Was just looking through the scars gallery and wanted to let you know that you're freaking adorable, scars and all :) Hope you've had some luck with getting your skin the way you want it to look. Cheers.

  7. Your skin is looking radiant and gorgeous. Congrats I'm so happy for you! I just wanted to let you know that I think you look fab. Your skin is pretty enviable at this point
  8. Science? Not much, as far as I know. But some people have had personal success with it, it's free, and I can't know what will work for my skin until I try it myself. Absolutely nothing else has work so far. What have I got to lose? If you search the holistic message boards you'll see a few others who have tried it with some success. May just be holistic mumjo-jumbo, but maybe there's some truth to it, yet!
  9. Kelsie - I was hoping you could let me know about your experience with UT? I'm trying it now (although I'm just applying it, not drinking) and I'd like to get your opinion and know what worked for you. You said you had difficulty storing - What problems did you have? I'd really like to hear back from you!

  10. Best of luck, Mochidote :) Hope it works for you!

  11. Hey all If anyone is interested, I have decided to document my 2-4 week experiment with urine treatment in my blog. I'm not a weirdo and not a crazy vegan or anything like that. I'm just a normal woman looking for some relief in this crazy world, and right now I feel like I've exhausted all of my options. If you are interested in following me or encouraging me, please do so. Please do not leave any disparaging or ignorant comments, though, since they will be deleted or just simply ignored. I
  12. How and when do you use it? It's not something I know anything about. Today I bought some very light cleanser and will be using that with oil-free moisturizer. That's about all I've got going at the moment, since my skin seems to be very sensitive. I feel like any additional irritation will only make matters worse.
  13. I suffer from severe allergic reactions to BP and my skin is relatively sensitive to most OTC products. I have tried just about everything (or so I think) at this point, with very little success, and was hoping to hear any suggestions from folks on this board regarding OTC products that work as an alternative to the regimen proposed on this site. I apologize in advance if this question is a repeat. I'm finding the message boards a little overwhelming so advice would be helpful Thanks!
